Had the most delicious ice cream today! Was served by Jade and received the most patient, professional and kind service and will definitely return!! Unlike last time I went in where two young ladies barely looked as if they wanted to do their jobs and stood there talking..
I ordered a Gotta have it size on uber. Usually when I do this they put the ice cream in the cup and have the cone separate on the side. However these people put the ice cream in the cone FOR A DELIVERY. It’s literally common sense that it wouldn’t travel well like that. I couldn’t even refrigerate when it got to me because they put it in the cone smh. Also I received whole pieces of graham crackers and whole frozen strawberries. 0/10 would never order from this location again.
i don't think they're very sanitary at this location. the last time i went here I saw fruit flies behind the counter, and there was a foul odor in the store as well. i've ordered one time from Uber from this location, and did not receive all the toppings I wanted and paid for. the young ladies spend more time with their airpods in talking on the phone while making the icecream than paying attention to who they are serving (which i find to be really unprofessional). every time it's the same young lady. i'm unsure because i think there might be twins. the managers of this location need to do a better job of training these young ladies. the customer service is horrendous here. i guess the manager is paying people to write these positive reviews. won't be coming back. i've tried many times.
I unfortunately found a hair in my icecream. It seems like there are a lot of girls who work here. their hair is beautiful, but I'm not sure why they don't wear hairnets. please start wearing hairnets as you prepare the icecream with the toppings.i don't want to eat your hair. it's disgusting.
Second time visiting this horrible store. They are not following the state guidelines for handling food.Staff all act like you are bothering them.They spent more time checking their cell phones.I was present at 510pm.I walked out. They need better training.
I placed and order through grubhub I ordered five different flavors and they messed up a founders favorite. The ingredients are vanilla ice cream, pecans caramel chocolate syrup and brownie. Which the I cream was missing the brownie. That was a huge turn off for me. But the isn’t the 1st time they messed up my order, the last time they forgot a founders favorite that I ordered through grubhub and when I called tinker the know they asked me to come get it. It was such and inconvenience because that why I paid a delivery fee for. This location sucks. I wonder who their manager is because the staff needs more training.

I’m not one to give negative reviews but this Store is pathetic! So many of them and just plain inefficient. Their customer service is zero and if care is not taken this franchise will be out of business in no time. It’s uncomfortable how their hair is all over the place. I’ve been here twice and both times I had my orders messed up.
