I ordered something online, cuz I had a busy day and paitiently waited for it, I left precise instructions to call me first when they come, I wake up to an email 20 minutes after the delivery was due telling me that the driver cancelled, but the food tracker still counts it as being delivered and aside from the money being taken from my account I was given no prior notice to find an alternative and now I have a hole in my wallet as well as my stomach. They’re also not picking my calls
When I placed the order everything was fine.once I got to the section where you tell what condiments you want,it was totally different order.the guy who took the order made a mistake or didn’t hear me properly.but order amount was the same.once I told him that’s what not what I ordered he wants more money because it cost more money.I even told him when I ordered this and that I want.I always buy from there but no more.they lost a customer today.Need better training and how to talk to customers.Hope they make changes.
This place should be shut down. I only hope that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. I love Charley's and I went to this location because it's the closest one to my work place. I ordered a regular Buffalo Chicken sandwich for myself, and a separate order of fries for my CO worker. I received the sandwich but was waiting for the fries when I was told that the fries were in the same box as my sandwich. I then went back to the cashier and explained to him once again that I wanted the fries separate from the sandwich. He took back the sandwich and opened the box with no gloves on, and proceeded to remove the fries from the box and placing them in another. When I told him that I no longer wanted those fries, and asked for fresh ones, because it was unsanitary. The manager stepped in and told me NO. At that point, I asked for my money back and the manager became very nasty. I'm not sure what's going on in the world these days but I'm really fed up with spending my money and getting pure service.
This location does not close at 9pm. I have seen this place refuse orders at 8:30. Would advise coming before that time
