Nice for the most part, staff could be a little more professional, very clean inside & feels somewhat welcoming!
I have the T-Mobile Tuesday app I went to redeem the offer ., paid for my meal on the Burger King app to get my free sandwich and I was denied this is absolutely horrendous service and the manager acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about.totally dismissive and didn’t try to compensate
Service was ok first time going. Got wopper and fries . not impressed i did not like the taste of either i like Bk cause of the taste but this place just does not have it.
This has got to be the coldest bitter bunch of employees I've ever encountered at a Burger King. No personality or friendly awards will be given out here. I honestly couldn't even tell if what I got is what I ordered compared to what was pictured on the menu board.
They gave me a double cheeseburger for Big King, they didn't give me the fries and they didn't give me a straw for my drinks bad service I had to go back to make the claim and they didn't give me the same sandwich at all I don't think I'll go back to this store, I love it burgerking but this store and its food have let me down.And finally they took away my receipt so as not to make the report

This BurgerKing has to be overhauled, honestly closed-down and built back up from scratch. The employee at the drive through threw the remainder of the change from the order at a member of my family**And then after the food was given she whipped the buffalo sauce like she was throwing a frisbee!**Then we complained, and the manager was chuckling and talking about my party and myself behind our back.(I witnessed the latter because I snuck into the front door of the restaurant while my party was still in the drive-through at the service window, as we feared the employees may spit in the food)This was an egregious and shocking spectacle, I will never go to this Burger king again.
1..they don't understand no sugar... I went back twice.. Now I have to taste before I drive off.2..they don't understand no meat...

These people will play games with you. One order of mozzarella sticks will taste amazing and the other one will be disgusting. One batch of fries will taste good and the other one won’t. They have on and off days with their hamburgers- but don’t be surprised if one burger tastes good and the other one is gross. You aren’t going crazy.
