Placed an order on the app for delivery. It took an hour to get here. Ice cold! The whole order was not delivered. Called they told me nothing they could do give me a credit there next time we come in to eat. Asked to speak to manager. Manager tried to fix the problem had to go back on the Buffalo wild wings app and reorder what was missing. They refunded 23.11 for this order. It only took 2 1/2 hrs to get the order. Ice coldVery disappointed

Clean. Attentive staff, nachos were nice. A bit pricey. Bathroom is available, wheelchair accessible. Has a bar. good place to watch sports games. Vaccine wasn't required for entry.
Most unorganized buffalo wild wings i ever order from, I made an order since January 24,2022 and did not receive it. I tried calling about 10 times to get a refund and no one answering. They took my money out my account for over $40 for something i never received. When the driver was the store he calls me to know what i order because there was no one at the front desk to hand over the food like i do not understand. I just want my money back.
Horrible. My boyfriend and I ordered on line at around 4:30 pm. it said it will be ready @5:00 pm. We arrive. it wasn’t ready. We didn’t get our order until 5:35. The order was wrong. We told them about one of the burgers even though both was wrong. and they still messed it up a second time. Wish i can get my money back. Never will go here again and it sucks because it’s the closest one to my boyfriends house when we’re out here. 0/10.
The burger I got was good. Fries were great too. The takeout hostess was very nice and accommodating. However, the process could be better. Orders are taken from customers before food is given to customers who order online. My payment could take 2 minutes but instead I'm a wait 15 minutes behind others making orders while my food gets cold
This location has plenty free parking for starters. Currently they're running some great tap beer specials $3 tall glasses!!! Another special you may have heard about is the BOGO Thursday boneless wings (which I realize now I'm not a huge fan of because the meat come in different sizes. They should all be plump pieces. Reminds me of the movie Casino when Robert DeNiro was upset about the blueberries in the muffins- they should all be the same...lolSo the BOGO boneless special is only available for the 6 piece and 10 piece. Comes with some celery sticks and carrots. There's a plethora of flavored sauces and dry rubs to choose to fancy your wings. Enjoy. My Garcon was Tosh and she was very nice and helpful; a pleasure. I even witnessed her professionalism with others who were near by. Request her if you visit this location.There are plenty of tvs to enjoy. There's tables, booth, and bar seating here. Merch is also available- see pics. To-Go orders are in the rear to the right, it has its' own entrance as well. There's a cool lunch special also running currently which include $2 beers and a few menu items. Stop in and enjoy yourself. Mention my name and they'll give you a good seat ;)
I came shopping from brooklyn and decided to try BWW for the first time gotta say it was the worst experience chicken tasted old and cold i should of read the review before coming here why are they allowed to stay open never again i rather go to McDonald's
I have never eaten at a BWW location and this day along with my sister, we decided to visit for take out. It turned out be a horrible, HORRIBLE experience. First, it took 30 minutes to prepare the order. After that time we decided to asks about the food and was told it was ready! It would have nice if cashier had informed us, it not like it was very busy. She returned with only my sister's order. When asked about mine, the cashier didn't remember what I ordered! Finally given my food, we left. Being that she confirmed my order, I figured things were good. Nope! I got home to find I was given the wrong sandwich!! $14 wasted. Never going back again!!
