Can be up and down. Last week the mixed veggies were bland, looked old and wilted. Was a pickup order so didn't see until I got to work. Ended up throwing it out but everything else was good. Today the stuffing is dry, and can't hide or disguise it, it's D-R-Y. Like not enough water.This I can fix when I get home.For the most part they food is very good. And the deals are great when you don't want to cook.

The service was very slow, didn't have veggies ready when that pan ran out.Pot pie had been sitting there for a long time and very dry, not warm all the way through.
I enjoy my lunch the place was nice and clean service was great my chicken breast was soft and very moist my rib was falling of the bone very tender my mash potatoes and Mac and cheese very tasty over all very good food.
The regular half chicken is either good or bad. The last few times I went they were out of mashed potatoes. Service is mediocre. Very slow. At least put up a sign at the door so customers know if there’s a shortage. I can never quite predict when they’ll decide to give me a spectacularly tasting chicken or a chicken that has a bad taste as though they decided to keep reusing chicken that had been cooked but not sold for the past few days. The quality of the food isn’t consistent as well. Sometimes the people they hire can be extremely rude even though they’re the ones who signed up for long hours in food service. I have tried going only weekday nights, weekend nights, holidays, or mornings over the past five years. It’s a mixed bag. Most of the time it’s just not that good. Just gotta hope that it’s not the person who keeps asking if you have a coupon handling your food and sweeping the floor when you checkout. I don’t think the money person should handle the food AND be cleaning without changing gloves. Apple Pay is your friend here. It would be… if they accepted it. They don’t accept Apple Pay.
Went here for the first time, to get my neighbors dinner after they lost everything in a fire. Place seems ok. Only thing a fly was buzzing around. But more importantly my neighbors enjoyed their dinner.
Asked for 3 piece dark and my chicken was white and barley ateable. Alway get what I asked for it was close to closing time so I'm guessing the staff was tired
There were only two people working, also the lemonade machine was out of order, they only had to offer raspberry iced tea, and some of the soda in the machine was not carbonated.
The food was JUST OK, and the service was absolutely terrible! The Caribbean lady behind the counter had a horrible and I do mean horrible attitude problem! Very rude, very unprofessional and I totally will not be back there. Not worth it!
