Phenomenal service today and quality food. I didn't catch their names but the two men I had interactions with were very nice and helpful. One was a short stockier dude with a beard and the other was the cashier.
I was on travel with a co-worker and after a long morning briefing Soldiers, we headed back home. Looking for a place to eat, we opted for Wingstop. I asked about getting "flat pieces" for wings. I always get static, but the gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted all of them to be flat pieces. I was shocked and thrilled! Both employees were friendly, funny and just great to chat with. My coworker is expecting and between that and the full morning we had, we were wiped out. The food came out and it was AMAZING! Fabulous fries, sauces, and service! The toughest thing about going there was deciding what to pick from the WIDE ARRAY of wing flavors! I wish you folks were in the Albany area! My coworker and I give it 4 thumbs up and two additional baby thumbs, he was doing a jig after his Mother ate! We can't wait to visit again! Thank you!
Hands down the best boneless wings I have ever had. Might upset some people but they were better then Tullys tenders lol. Got the Buffalo wings with ranch. Highly recommended this place. We will definetly be back.
Good wings at a good price. One knock. Way to much salt/seasoning on the fries.
We ordered our food online and was told by the app when they come get it. First off when you pull up outside it’s filthy outside Wingstop food in debris everywhere and their garbage cans out in front the doors are over full and stuff on the ground. I walked in my order was just being backed up and when the young kid who brought it to me and says here’s your order. I asked him if that was everything he looked at me didn’t even acknowledge me and just walked away. We get home our wings are severely undercooked and the fries were soggy as heck. Since considering we live almost 10 minutes away I was not about to bring them back so I went on the site and did a review from their questionnaire. Then lo and behold about 10 minutes later all I’m offered is a free order of french fries. I’ve been here several times and it’s always been great but this time it was disgusting to where there was actually still blood on the bones we ended up having to put them in our toaster oven to cook them . I probably won’t be going back again.
The fries were amazing! Our wings were really good as well & I’ve been craving Wingstop since our stop here.
Wings were really good, place was a little run down and quite slow for 5 PM with out much going on. Probably due to lack of employees, still good wings, just slow. Next time I'll call ahead.
1st I never write reviews.. but this was the worse experience I've ever had at any place of business! I placed my order with the app they contract doordash for their deliveries, the delivery driver didn't have my drinks when he came, he wouldn't go back to get them so I called the store. The 1st associate I spoke to told me either I could come get them or they can give me a credit. She was so unpleasant, she pretty much hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager the man who answered said he was and then sent me straight to hold.. when he picked back up I explained the woman I spoke to 1st was rude and he spoke to me like I was in the wrong to the extent he told me to stop cursing at him yet I hadn't spoke a single profane word and was quite calm about the situation all I wanted was assistance and he treated me like I was inconvenient and I did something wrong, mind you if they had sent the drinks this wouldn't have happened. I work in customer service and there is no way a place of busses like this would ever accept that from their staff yet they act like they can tell off the customers bec they won't have any consequences at all. I WAS APPALLED TO SAY THE LEAST
The wings are super awesome and their fries ? are super awesome to with rach and coke lime.
Great customer service! Happened to be in town from Syracuse and made the stop. Definitely worth the short drive
