Waited over 10 mins, no one asked for my order. I drove to window was asked "what was your order?" .. Multi things I wanted was not available. Nothing substituted but still had to pay full price. Night shift has gotten to rude, lacks customer service; how to engage with them. That was the last time I went there.
Missing a few items from our order but the staff was helpful and eager to make it right (but not too quick).
Food was decent for a Wendy's. Staff was friendly. The ambiance was not good. Several people overdosed while we were there.
Food is always fresh when I order. The dining area is always cleanly and well maintained and the staff is great.
Good food although a bit more expensive than McDonald's or Burger King.
I ordered a large fresh fries with BBQ sauce and what I got wasn't the way I ordered it at all. The fries weren't fresh at all and extremely disappointed in the service and the outcome of this and they weren't hot at all and and barely any fries in there to begin with and they tasted like they have been sitting out all day and disgusting. Sat in drive thru for almost 20 minutes and there wasn't even a long line at all to begin with.
I live close by and over the last 6 years have probably visited approaching a hundred times. Deep experience with this lousy franchisee. They regularly and without-asking upsell your order to large or supersize. They don't provide receipts, so you're left driving away wondering why the charge was so much more expensive then the menu said it would be. They regularly have a hostile attitude toward their customers, especially if you ask for a receipt. Avoid at all costs.
Went to Wendy’s in North Utica, me and my two sisters order food and we got food for two of us but they never gave us the food for the third sister. The cook behind the counter proceeded to Yell and scream and her saying that she got her food when she clearly did not. We brought the tray up to the counter and showed her we only got food for two of us and she called us liars by now my sister is in tears. I have more money than she makes in a year in the bank I think a four for four dollar food is something that we would not steal. I would like this dealt with because we are very very upset. I also have a video of me trying to get her name and them not telling us. Gee I wonder why she wouldn’t give us her name because she knew she was wrong. Sadly it won’t let me post a video.
Was refreshing. Cashier was awesome, and a cool dude. Love the coke machine! Giving 5 stars because a girl came in yelling and the cashier dissfused the situation.
Good food, friendly staff. This Wendy's puts the one we usually order from to shame. Friendly, fast, clean, and quick.
