Best steak sandwich I’ve had in a while!! The wings were hott just like I like them and cooked to perfection!! I was blown away on my first visit and will definitely be back!!

Ordered a Antipasto tray....and all I can say is that it was amazing...highly recommended. I wil definitely be back!!!!

First time here, had The Frankie. Loved it! Will definitely stop by again and try other stuff from the menu. Staff is nice and friendly, place seems clean, close to everything in downtown. It's good place to have group lunches as well, small or large groups, plenty of space. Don't listen to reviews complaining about service, every place is understaffed due to the pamdemic, be a little understanding, order ahead if time limited or whatever. Service was excellent, girl that served me was nothing less than excellent, highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place has its problems but it has its merits too. Kind of a mixed bag for example the owner is super nice and the staff is friendly but not always the quickest. Had to repeat drink orders several times on more then a few occasions.The food takes a bit to prepare which is my experience every time I’ve been there and why I only gave them 3 stars . The food itself has so highlights the French Dip being one Prices are reasonable and the beer is cold so it is a good spot to grab a few drinks and a burger before you go out with your friends on a Friday night. The problems they have are an issue but the good news is they can be corrected with more staff . Overall still a local business that I support

I went here today for brunch with 10 people all together and everything was wonderful! The waitress was so friendly and super quick to getting us refills on our wonderful mimosas. There was a good amount of food options, and it tasted good. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Our family went for Mother’s Day Brunch we had a reservation for 17 at 11:00. We arrived at 11 they were not ready for us. We waited for 20 min for people to leave. The buffet was a joke food was terrible and cold they were in way over their head for the number of people that came for the buffet. I would not recommend this eatery! No thank you to the gift certificate hopefully in the future you will serve a better buffet and have enough staff to take care of your customers.

Not the place to go to for a drink! There was 2 bartenders working and they both seemed under the influence. Had to repeat and write down my order multiples times for the girl to understand what I was saying. Unprofessional over all. One of the chefs was very nice and tried to help out. Drinks were watered down and not to mention I waited over 30 minutes to be served!!

Amazing food & great atmosphere. I had lunch here a couple of times and the food is always phenomenal. I highly recommend

Went there for brunch, it was horrible. Paper plates and plastic utensils. A brunch is supposed to include lynch and breakfast foods. The lunch was tomato pie, cold pizza, fruit and salad. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, greens, cold French toast and cold pancakes. Ordered a milk fork my grandson and the waitress gave him half n half. Website advertises $1 mimosas but they charge $2, brunch $11.95 per person but they charged us $15. Definitely not worth the price. Will never go there again

So I actually ordered their food through Grubhub. I’ve had multiple issues when it comes to ordering through Grubhub. So long story short, I live about 20-25 mins from utica, and use Grubhub to order from that area. I ordered from the Hub Eatery tonight, noticed it was taking a while for a driver to pick it up. I then messaged a customer service associate about this situation, and she assured me that a driver would be delivering within the next 30 mins. I told her that was fine, I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have to order elsewhere. On top of that, I didn’t want these workers at this restaurant to stay open past their closing time due to this Grubhub delivery situation. Not long after my conversation with this Grubhub associate, I get a call from I would assume the cook/owner; I apologize, I didn’t hear his name when he said it; but he had told me that he hasn’t had any updates about a driver coming to pick my order up and he didn’t start cooking it yet because he wanted to make sure that it was fresh for me. He then offered to bring it to me so I wouldn’t have to wait, and I had to explain that I live a bit away and wouldn’t want him to do that. He then offered to meet me halfway, and just wanted to make sure that I get my food and fresh. I cannot explain to you how surprised I was, not only for the fact that he actually reached out to me about this situation, but because he actually cared about me getting my fresh food! I of course explained to him about my conversation with Grubhub and told him that I was told that a driver should be there soon. After telling him that, he still offered me his personal phone number and told me that if I had any issues, then to contact him. I couldn’t thank him enough. Within ten-fifteen Mins, he texted me and told me the driver was there for my food. Guys!!! Eat here, first off, he was not lying, my food was amazing and HOT! Haha. If there’s a way to support our local communities, it would start with eating at our local restaurants and supporting people like him, who actually care about his customers. Thank you so much @ the Hub Eatery! You’re AMAZING customer service did not go unnoticed and I will tell everyone I can about my experience with you guys.
