Its Taco Bell. The food is what you would expect from a place like Taco Bell. Often the food that we receive is not what we ordered and the people who work there seeing agitated and frustrated with the consumers. I'm not exactly sure what's going down but maybe the management needs to be retrained.

This Taco Bell often times does not make your order right after hours. when their doors are locked and it’s no longer an option to go inside the service just gets worse. The way their drive through is built is really narrow with high curbs on each side so there’s definitely no pulling off if your sitting there way too long. once someone gets behind you,your stuck there so if your order is incorrect after the doors lock its safe to say your probably not in any rush to get right back in that line to wait to make a complaint. I went there earlier today ,there was some young girl there Very unprofessional .I guess she was trying to be funny but she kept asking me if I wanted my recipe meaning receipts and she really withheld my receipt untill I could figure out what the hell she was trying to say. After I receive my food (which was wrong) no one answered the phone when I called so I had to settle for leaving this review

Just went through drive through and had a mobile order. I ordered 6 things and my girlfriends vegetarian so it’s limited food for her to eat, I ended up missing an item and when we ordered 4 fire sauces and 4 hot sauces they put 28 packets of hot sauce.

I see reviews are getting removed but I will keep posting my review until acknowledged. My order was entirely ruined. I was specific on what ingredients to omit and I was met with mediocrity and sub par food. I am a person and it hurts that I can confide in my local Taco Bell to get the little things right.

Taco Bell north utica is a perfect representation of how that franchise should operate. Great employees, fast service and they always get my order right and are happy to fix any small mistakes, which is rare at this location. Thank you for consistency

I ordered through mobile order, two times at this location in Utica, and both times when I went up to the drive thru they made me park my car to come in, then made me wait 10+ minutes to get my order, with my most recent order not even being fulfilled and I just waited there for 10+ minutes with no one coming up to the counter to help me at all. Then when I try to get their attention, they told me to "wait a second", when I've been waiting for over ten minutes already. Lack of professionalism and no service at all.

Drive thru was long, but was moving along. Not sure if the employees were overwhelmed they totally messed up the order..then had to go inside to get correct order and when I got home they food was still made wrong. Gas prices are way too high to drive all the way back to north Utica when we had already went back in the second time . Not to mention the first time we got someone else's food. Total mix up and annoyed. The employees were kind though on a pleasant note.

You guys need to start being responsible and paying attention. Always missing one item and then never put sauce even though you requested it. Not once but multiple time!!

Went to order a taco after a long 3 and a half hr ride kid running drive thru said they ran out of food come back in 15 mins. We went back in 15 mins later to order and the floor was a mess looked like they had a food fight and turns us away and told us we could only come thru the drive thru needless to say after seeing the floor we did not go through the drive-thru

The burritos were good. The 'app' sucks; no senior discount, you can't submit your orders for drive thru pickup (that they only make when you tell them who you are there) UNLESS the 'app' has your credit card or possibly a gift card. You know that they know entering and deleting credit cards is a PIA; I wonder if credit card companies give them a break for having captive credit cards ?
