The food here was absolutely incredible. From my understanding everything was homemade but the chef also made sauces and salad dressing in house. I had the Buffalo chicken soup while we were there and it was my favorite thing. We were lucky and had Joe as a server. Very personable and easy to get along with, someone you would invite to sit down with you at the table. Would come back and reccomend to anyone visiting the area.
A must stop at for bar food if you're in Utica.I come here almost every time I'm in Utica for work. Good selection of beer but you can't go wrong with a Guinness at an Irish pub. Last time I stopped in I just got some apps and was very pleased as usual.The mozzarella sticks are are good and always come out just right. The Buffalo chicken dip is great and is uniquely served with crispy potato chips. The flavor and texture are fantastic for the dip and it seems like they broil the crust on top, yummy for sure.The crown jewel for the apps is the Ruben spring rolls. These little guys are amazing. If you like Ruben sandwhichs, you have to try these. No matter how full I am, I make it a priority to order these. Just make sure you let them cool a little so you don't burn your mouth ?
Well wasn't busy so can't respond well we are short of staff. Order wrong for several in the party. Tables in poor repair, edges catching on clothes and scratching arms. Never cleared appetizer dishes. No refresh on the drinks. When did request them because the table was so full of dirty plates a soda slid off the busted up table edge into my lap, shoes and sprayed my son. Waitress didn't even apologize. Nothing was comped literally didn't care. Sad because we have had several catered parties there and have gone there several times. Food is good if they get the order right. Would rather go somewhere that cares about customers. Was there after son's college gradution, he also got soaked with soda. Would not recommend for out of town visitors. Oh and the manager was too busy to talk to us...Celtic Harp, Delminicos all have better food and excellent service.
The outside exterior is deceiving to the rather welcoming interior. Randomly chose Swifty’s based on how quickly and how well rated a place to eat was. Thanks, Google for that.The mozzarella sticks were perfectly hot, resulting in that so desired cheesey pull apart sight. Served with a delicious marinara side. Ordered a roast beef sandwich, which though messy, still good. The menu is truly bar like food, but good for the establishment that it is. Service was quick and friendly.

My daughter had recommended this place so we stopped in before taking in a live play at the theater nearby. The atmosphere was upbeat & lively. We didn't have reservations but they quickly found us seating. We were waited on quickly & ordered amazingly great food! Absolutely an enjoyable experience! Looking forward to visiting again!
Always enjoy going here before heading to theater. It is necessary to get reservations if you want to be sure to get in, but we often forget and they are able to accommodate us anyway. The food and service has always been very good, and matches the price.
Big portion sizes, great prices, great tasting! I got "The Hangover" Burger with normal fries.It's getting 3 stars because an employee took my plate and asked me "did you get enough to eat?" and shook his head. Unprofessional and wrong to have that demeanor.
