The honey hot chicken is the best chicken I ever had. It was made quick and they were very friendly. Under 20 bucks for a wing, thigh, leg, and two sides with an awesome to go container. I highly recommend people come here if they are in the mood for some super delicious fried chicken. I will be coming here a lot. Oh and the cornbread is also the best I ever had in my entire life.

Hands down one of the best soul food places around. The tastes are amazing and the food is cooked perfectly. They have a brunch also on Sunday. Most of this to go business but you can eat inside. The best.

This is my favorite restaurant to get comfort food. The portions are good and the food tastes fresh. I enjoy the honey hot chicken and fried chicken. The mac & cheese tastes home made. They are conveniently located in downtown Utica.
Being physically disabled and hungry unable to cook always planned to try Soul One 12 last nite I did the do droved to Utica on my own picked up my orders we were not disappointed and we shall be returning. I believe in supporting local business on a daily bases and this is one of first places but definitely one of my favorites!
I recieved a gift card for this place, so we went for dinner. The food is really good! I enjoyed trying new foods, and will definitely be back again.
