First time here. Love the decor. Delicious burger. Great value. You gotta try it.
This place never lets me down. Basic menu but what they do they do well. They have a great Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a unique sauce their Pistachio mike shake is the bomb as well as their other shakes. Burgers are like a better version of 5 guys with their house sauce. They chilly dog has a frank with a nice snap to it and the chilly is ground fine the way I prefer also try the chilly with cheese to spice up your fries. The facility itself is very clean and well kept and you can see the staff likes to keep it well maintained. Nice touch on their embroidered napkins I know it sounds weird but they are very thick and absorbent which comes in handy for a place that has chilly cheese fries and juicy burgers. Only negative thing is the location is by the train station not around any other restaurants and it would be easy to pass by if you didn’t know it was there that’s given my door dash driver some problems from time to time
There not lying when they say juicy burgers they were amazing!! The Oreo milkshake was good, the chicken sandwich was good, everything was good!! the only thing I have a minor complaint about is the honey mustard was a little to vinegary for my taste but like I said everything very good!! I am impressed and will for sure come back!!!
We had a nice time there. The acoustics weren't great, but the food was great but a little pricey. Good flavor, quick but seemed done right when ordered. Nice limited selection to make ordering easier. Overall a nice place to go and enjoy some really good food.
Went here for the first time a couple days ago for dinner. The food was great! The burgers and chicken were delicious but the onion rings were a huge hit with my family. Definitely a new go to place for a quick meal.

The location is very convenient for me. I've eaten here about 3 times a month for the last 3 months. The menu is pretty basic which makes it easy and quick most days. The food is good. The Rick's sauce adds that extra it needs to help stand out. The service and food quality is consistent. The prices are a bit high IMO so hopefully they pay the staff good.
I've been wanting to try them for a while, and was absolutley not disappointed. The burgers were fantastic, down to the perfectly sliced tomato & perfect leaf of lettuce. I will say that they could be a little but bigger in relation to the price, but they are quality. Looking forward to trying other menu items. Tenders were fantastic as well. Rick's Sauce is amazing... (when the staff remembers to include it?)
Great atmosphere, clean and really good food. Also the workers were courteous.
Everything is fantastic, and the food is always consistent. On Fridays, when my wife and I are done with work we always look forward to meeting at Rick's for our cheat meal. The entire staff is very friendly, from the cashier right down to the cooks in the back. We've had the privilege of chatting with the manager on more occasion than one, as she always recognizes us when we stop by. 100% would recommend the double burger, an order of chili cheese fries and the chocolate shakes are absolutely outrageous. So happy to have this hidden gem here in Utica.
