First time making it to Ocean Blue and definitely did NOT disappoint! Food was amazing, our server was attentive and the views of the sunset were just beautiful. Canât wait to go back!

This setting is magnificent. The outdoor dining is a way to see Utica from the very best view--we saw the sunset and the evening set in. Soon they will need to use outdoor heaters to make people more comfortable. Food was good. Too expensive for many people to frequent and nothing special. But it is an overall lovely experience--the ambiance, decor, and view far outweighing the food.
Beautiful setting atop office building in Utica. Outside and inside dining. Umbrellas on the outdoor tables would have helped. Great selection of fish choices. Friendly wait staff
Short ribs nachos excellent, tuna burger as well
Chef needs some seasoning. Very boring food and fish was dry as was everything.
