No Complaints whatsoever! They take pride in making authentic Italian dishes. Better than what I could say about the shops around my area.
Made an online order and pickup was quick and easy. Greens and garlic knots were good and the Cajun chicken panini is amazing. You get a good amount of food for a good price
We just moved to the area and where looking for somewhere to go for a Fish Fry for Ash Wednesday when our neighbor Julie suggested North End . It was everything she said it was , clean, modern , excellent service and not only was the fish fry amazing , we took home a pizza just for sample, wow. The owner promised us the pizza (and everything else) where made with the best possible ingredients and it showed . EXCELLENT ! We will back to spend time at the bar , eat and chat some more !
Went in a few weeks ago and had a HORRIBLE experience with a server. She was rude and inconsiderate. Was on her cell phone talking and laughing in the back while we waited out for our check and to cash out to leave. She acted like she had way better things to do then wait on our table. Then why be a server? She was a fake blonde girl. Think her name was Sarah, Sierra or something with a S? If these owners cares about their business and their customer they Should do something about this

Very disappointed with the service I experienced. A person in my party has celiac disease. She explained what she could and could not have (no bread or cross contamination, etc). The waitress expressed she understood. Her side salad was served with bread, even though waitress said it wouldn’t be. Her panini was cross contaminated, as she started to experience symptoms of nausea and bloating after eating. Not only this, but the waitresses gave us attitude the entire time we were there. Immediately after we signed the bill we were told to leave to give our table to someone else. We will never be coming back to this establishment again. 0/5 stars if I could rate it that low.
We had pizza and wings. Both were very good. They have a nice bar too!
Food is excellent and the staff is always friendly. Service is great. Nice place to go, have a cocktail, and a nice meal. Not fancy but casual. Always enjoy when i come back to Utica for a visit.
Nice place I've driven by it a dozen times and never stopped in. I was invited to meet some friends here and ended up spending a couple of hours!The greens & beans soup was great!
