I Like the availability of mobile orders and quick service. I have had problems in the past with "lost" orders and have had to go into the building to pick up my order.
5 .inutes to take an order despite being the only car in the drive thru. 30 minutes to get the food. food was still missing pieces. Was told coupon code would be accepted at the window, still paid full price and told "should've said it at the drive thru"... which told us it'd be accepted at the window. this location has been abysmal since the renovation years ago.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s in New York. First I should start off by saying how disgusting their restaurant is & the food they prepare. They should really be inspected for food safety issues also. Not to mention they always I mean ALWAYS mess up your order so always check your order before leaving. They burn your food & beverages are made sloppy. I can only imagine how many times people call corporate on this place. They should get better management or better employees or just close this McDonald’s down all together. If I could rate this place zero stars I definitely would! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or families with children. You might just end up sick.

Fries were cold especially after waiting longer than normal. False advertising re: Mint Shamrock McFlurry....
The nuggets I got had a dirt type of texture when chewing, ran out of orange juice, breakfast ended early around 10:20. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. NO STARS AT ALL I WAS FORCED TO GIVE A STAR.
Every time I go to McDonald's the staff are always friendly and they get your order quickly
Have fresh food. Make service customer friendly. It's way too slow in the drive-thru. Make sure things are cooked thoroughly.
Freshly made food, just a bit of a wait when there were only 3 people(including me).
No matter when you go, prepare for your order to be incorrect after waiting 15 minutes per car in front of you. Worst McDonald's location ever visited in the northeast.
