There was lines of cars in the drive through and no one was talking like they were ignoring all the cars. It was rude and disrespectful for all the people and the older lady in front was probably there 30 min waiting for someone to take her order. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Standard food but staff seemed really off. They were really slow in terms of ordering from the cashier and then one of my friends who clearly ordered a combo, didn't get his fries, and then the staff got defensive when my friend asked for fries that fries weren't "stated" on the receipt. I think when it states a meal/combo that it clearly comes with fries, so a tad disappointing there.Spicy McNuggets were very very dry too, not great =\
Very nice establishment employees are friendly and efficient. Sometimes theyay get an order wrong or take an extended amount of time to prep an order, but they are kind and polite about it and always get the job done.
30+ minutes in the drive through at a McDonald’s? Are you kidding me? Not really what McDonald’s was built on but ok. I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.
It was horrible walked in at 10:50 so instead of getting lunch we had to get breakfast. 15 minutes later, they still hadn't gotten us our food. We asked and they still had to thaw and make it. Horrible service!! Never again.

Staff was unconcerned with customers and one of the staff member was even swearing at another employee. (south Utica location)
Didn't like the customer service at all. I get it's first thing in the morning but just be polite for two mins while a customer is their at least. Rude and displeasing but I didn't wait long and got my food right so it can't be a one star but Def not going out of my way to go their again.
Usually they are pretty quick if it's not like lunch or dinner time but they were very nice
Worst McDonald's staff I have ever dealt with. As a truck driver I am not able to use the drive thru and at every other McDonald's, or any other fast food restaurant, they allow drivers to place a walk up order at the drive thru window.Not this location. I got nothing but attitude from them and was told if I didn't like it I could just leave his window.Not one ounce of decency or consideration for the truck drivers who don't get to stop during "normal" business hours.Guarantee I will never come back here.And will also tell all the other drivers I know who come through this area not to go here either.
