I used to order from this Pizzeria for afew years and it takes them 3hrs to prepare and deliver the pizza/subs/calzones to the customer(me) so it's not really my goto anymore.. I usually have to travel outside of the City togo to the other Pizzeria place in Whitesboro so it's costing alittle extra for gas but worth it.
I got mozzarella sticks and my fiancé got a cold sub, both of which were absolutely amazing. I loved that their marinara sauce was hot & that their subs come in the cutest and handiest to go containers. Definitely recommend stopping in!
My family orders here only because it’s nearby and convenient. It’s not good. Last night’s pizza tasted awful. The crust was stale/bitter/soapy tasting and everyone who had a slice got sick. Previous order a couple weeks ago was called in 2 days ahead for a specific time and still had to wait 45 minutes. Our orders have never been ready on time any other occasion. We’ll never eat here again.
whent to the north utica one ,, it was the worst pizza i ever had. the place was slow told 45 min he take it off a rack re heat it and it was still not done .i never go back there

everytime i go there they mess it up,undercook eggplant,raw pizza dough,mayo on sub when i said no mayo, dont know how they stay in business!!
Pizza and Wings were very good. Staff was very friendly a lot better than the one in Whitesboro

Definitely going downhill. Last pizza was charcoal on the bottom!!Gave them another shot today. This time ordered pizza and wings, the wings must have been very fresh cause when I brought them home several still have feathers on them!! Disgusting! When we complained the explanation was "we are training new people". End of reply.
They said pizza was expensive in Utica and they weren't kidding. Crust was crispy, sauce well seasoned. Price of additional items was outrageous. $2.50 for olives skimpy serving. Could have bought 2 cans from grocery store. Doubt I'd ever go back
