Olivia worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude to customers and wont provide refund when they are 2hrs late for my delivery. Thank God i recorded her. I’m taking this all the way up to Richard E. Allison Jr. she probably don’t know who he is.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery driver was excellent: prompt, polite so I tipped well but I order what I order every single time (both of the baked oven dip combos w a side of garlic knot bread) and they were both so over baked that I couldn’t even get them out of the container. They were burnt on the edges and ROCK SOLID. They’re supposed to be cheesy dips and they were so hard I couldn’t even scoop them out with a spoon. They’re usually SO GOOD! Never had this issue so called to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude, put me on a hold a bunch of times w no warning and told me there was nothing they could do bc all of their items are placed on a conveyor belt so there was “no way” they were over baked. After basically harassing them for an hour bc they kept pawning me off to corporate (which is just an email confirmation of your complaint with NO resolution or human contact) they told me I could bring the items back in and wait to have them replaced but they would not partially refund or redeliver bc I do not drive. Will never eat with them again and it’s a shame bc that was the first time I’ve ever had an issue w their food being literally inedible.
Incredibly rude manager or whoever is on the phone. They made my wife cry on the phone. They dropped the pizza in front of a different building in the middle of the night. They accused her 'cheating' somehow to get an extra pizza. No respect for customers. No respect. Even for a long time customer like us. I am in communication with the headquarters about this branch. What a disgraceful branch for pizza like dominos. What a disgrace. Shame on you.
Online ordering is easy. Delivery was quick and the order was fresh. The pizza is on par with any "pizza shop" around. Very tasty!
Pizza is always good. Always tastes the same, which is good. Honestly I'm a little sad. I came from California and always heard NY pizza was the best. Yah right it all tastes the same. Like every pizza place has the same recipe and use the same ingredients. Dominos is way better that any family place I've tried.
1. Ordered $55 of food online.2. They called me 9 mins after placing order while I was driving because they had no mushroom.3. So because they didn’t have one topping on one item I’m sitting her in the parking lot waiting for food I ordered online.
The best makers of the pizza-makers there are. I thank them, because we’re all just loving pizza. These utica employees though, are simply exceptional at the making of pizzas. Thank you.

I just got my two pizza’s from this location just now, the lady with Black yellow and big glasses acting like manager was very very rude. She was very tired and disrespectful. Oh god she was talkative and lier. 11:20pm 12/06/21
Filed a corporate complaint which went know where. Cursed out by the manager women Halloween night hung up on and treated extremely rude. This place will fail with the trash they hire. I will continue to follow through with this corporate complaint until something is done.!!
