The customer service was poor from the time I placed an order. My co workers and I placed an order for breakfast. We all work in a busy nursing home as nurses and just needed a break to grab a bite. The lady who we spoke to on the phone used a rude tone to speak to us. She had no patience and it seemed like we was taking up her time. When we sat down to eat, the food was burnt and we were not able to enjoy the food. When we called back, the same lady who we spoke to earlier told us that we cannot receive a refund nor have our meals remade. I am very disappointed and felt let down from the business especially being that I am an essential worker who just wanted to have a good breakfast.

moved to Utica a year ago and saw good reviews of this place so took my son and partner there before they caught train back to NYC. what a mistake! coffee was terrible and fox news on tv made me wonder what we were in for.... food was plentiful but bad. icing on the cake was waitress telling us we should all vote republican in upcoming elections. after a stunned second, I said there was no way in a hell we would vote for a republican as current party has gone off the rails with trump and his lies. waitress said we were "brain washed" and things couldn't get worse than they are now. I said yes, they absolutely could and suggested she watch the Jan 6 hearings. am sure that won't happen. what a horrible experience, will never go here again.

Great little breakfast find. Irish Eggs Benedict were delicious. Servers were very friendly and attentive.

To be honest I have had better experiences here but the last one was a little disappointing. Waited at least 45 min just to get drinks and over an hour for food all the while some lady was bringing out fresh donuts every 5 min to the tables that ordered them. Apparently they were "understaffed" but to be honest why have someone make just donuts while another cook is struggling to make all the breakfast orders. Seems as though they need to manage the restaurant better. Food is excellent though. All they have to do is improve the service and they'll have a fine establishment.

Great food with huge portions!

I had a great breakfast here. My server was efficient and super friendly. Food was great, and looked great. I got the hash benedict and a side of bacon. The bacon was actually very good, better than most places.

What a great little gem of a restaurant. We just beat the big Sunday rush. The servers were busting their buns getting ppl in and out... But not rushing us at all. Got the Elvis french toast, veggie omelette, and corned beef hash omelette. The peasant bread toast was a plus.. melted butter! Absolutely delicious. And the coffee was fresh, hot, and smoothe. Def a must stop in place. Comfortable at home friendly vibe. Right on Bleaker, it is close to everything Utica.

Went here one day after church to get some brunch. It was quite busy so there was a little bit of wait time, which was understandable. However, the problem started after we were seated and had ordered our drinks. The waitress was basically nonexistent after she brought the drinks to the table. We seen plenty of her as she rushed to wait on other customers around us, but she always seemed to forget our table. After 20 minutes, we were finally able to put our orders in but watched as people who were just coming in and being seated, were ordering their food and getting it before us. Mind you, our table consisted of 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. Not a large party of people, not people who typically complain, and neither the baby nor the child were being loud or causing any problems. Nearly an hour we waited for our food before we had had enough. When the waitress came to ask if we wanted more drinks, we finally told her to pack our food to go and told her it was ridiculous we had to wait that long while other customers had come and gone. She did not apologize for the wait or inconvenience, she just went back into the kitchen and brought our food out, all boxed up, in about 5 minutes. Will not be going back again!

The most delicious breakfast EVER! My favorite part is they have the “little bit of everything” section on a menu! Great service, great food, and cozy environment!
