Didn't have time to take any photos considering i was doing a delivery at this spot ? but customer service was not good im sure I'll be back for an updated review in the near future alot of confusion at this location regarding deliveries ?
This location truly is best to avoid at all costs. The staff *really* don’t care if your order is correct, if your food is spoiled or was pulled out of a garbage can and how long you waited, even with very few to no customers ahead of you. They should just close this location because they are robbing people, destroying their brand and a customer is going to get very sick some day with how they handle food. Do yourself or family a favor, cook ANYTHING at your home instead of eating their trash.
I cook everyday 7 days of the week but when my kids give me a break I head out to Wendy's right here across from Hudson Valley Community College the Hudson Valley Plaza Wendy's four for four my kids give me a break and we have a good dinner and a movie love it fresh food on the go!! Yummy yummy to our tummies!!
Horrible!!!!! Staff need to pay more attention what they are doing, 3rd time in a row I got stuff missing in my order and wrong items. This Wendy's it's the worst of any, don't waste your time and money going there...
So I found mold in my kids meal. Thank god I checked before handing them over to him. I’m so disgusted with this. I can’t imagine other kids eating the apples and then being covered in mold like this. This is a health concern. Always double check your food especially at this Wendy’s.
Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. Every time I go it takes over 30mins just to place my order. Don’t go here if you want FAST-food.
I understand that everyone is spread thin and short staffed at the moment. However if that is the case, SHUT OFF THE CARRY OUT OPTION. EVERYTIME i come to pick up my food the doors are locked and i’m forced to walk up to the window to pick up my order. They always give me a nasty attitude or immediately tell me theyre closed and don’t even give me the opportunity to tell them i’m picking up the order that is sitting on the counter right there. I just stood outside for 20 mins before someone came out and ASKED ME if i was picking up. Not once did i ever have a positive experience at this location. You do not have to work in food service, to make money. Find another job.
This Wendy's is always consistent. Whether late night or midday, the service is always quick and food is almost always well prepared. Very rarely there's a mistake in the order, at least not enough to warrant docking a star.
The food is good, but the prices are quite steep for fast food. Service was a bit slow on my most recent visit, possibly due to a lack of help.
Took 15 mins to get my order. Went inside because the drive thru line was so long. Should have just stayed there. That's always done first. The line inside was literally ignored.
