Great dinner, service and complimentary dessert as it was my birthday! Verdiles never disappoints!
This was absolutely fabulous. The owner still takes pride in his family restaurant and services things to his guests too. The waiters and waitresses are attentive. Sangria wine is amazing!! Thank you!
Great ambiance, great food, great service! Thanks Tim!
Never fails to be excellent from the service to the food to all the peopke enjoying themselves. Veal and peppers us tremendous and the carrot cake takes at least 4 people for one slice.
Such a great classic Italian restaurant. Haven't had that good Italian food in a very long time. while will be back for sure.
Would highly recommend this restaurant. We stumbled upon it on our way back from a ski trip in Vermont. The service, staff, and guests were all very friendly and welcoming. It was Super Bowl Sunday. We met a few of the locals at the bar and they quickly started asking where we were from and making us feel like we were locals. The food did not disappoint. Our family of 5 all enjoyed all of our meals. The homemade pasta and sauce was delicious. My daughter loved the lobster ravioli and my son had homemade pizza. We almost forgot the carrot cake, but one of the locals reminded us and even offered to pay for it. We took it home. Definitely some of the best carrot cake I have ever had and enough for our whole family! We will definitely be back when we are in the area. If you can check this place out.
The environment was great. The wait staff was great and made recommendations that were also great. Food was delicious. Can’t ask for anything more from a small family owned Italian restaurant.
Atmosphere is timeless; impeccable service and delicious food!
Awesome food! Can have half a size plate. Ambiance is great. I would make reservations. Definitely would return often#
Pros: I love that this is a historic, family-owned place and really nice atmosphere. No one on staff wears masks. Our waiter (though over-tasked) was excellent, worth waiting for.Cons: The food was not great. Should not say “chicken breast” when it’s really tenders and horrible to get entire CLOVES of garlic in one’s dish. Chicken cacciatore was chicken tenders in red sauce with garlic cloves- hardly any Evidence of the peppers, onions and mushrooms. The sides of pasta, meatball & sausage were OK- not great and not nearly as good as Testo’s. Salad was good but not a lot in the very large bowl. My husband’s fried scallops were not great - the breading slid right off. NEED A GAS MASK to handle the EXTREME air freshener in Ladies room-I almost threw up- when I came out holding tissue to my nose and said something, the waitress said “I know!!! It’s bad!!”
