What a huge disappointment. We bought a baguette, challah, and 2 scones at the Troy Farmer's market. They were literally inedible. The baguette was dry and more than a day old for sure. The challah, I was told, made that morning. Also dry, no flavor. The scones were like little rocks. We ended up throwing out everything. Very disappointing.

Everything we have tried here so far is incredibly delicious. I am especially hooked on the cinnamon roll croissants, they are AMAZING! I have to stop myself from visiting every day for both my wallets sake and my waistline lol

Man what a let down. Got a tart that tasted like pizza on the crust from a super grumpy whispering staff.

An excellent little bakery with first class croissants. Beautiful presentations and the best French classics.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The employees are always greeting everyone when you walk in. The place smells amazing because everything is freshly made and taste like your in a dream. There cheese Danishes are to die for and the Honey Croissants are the best things I've eaten there. If you're vegan and want to eat either for lunch, they have options for that as well. Just writing about the place is making me hungry and I would travel all the way to there just to get some baked goods. Definitely worth the trip!!!!!

Delicious bakery, highly recommend the cinnamon bun croissant.

OMG my wife and I travel to St Martin and love the croissants. We sampled Placid croissants and they were fabulous. We brought home a Sour Dough loaf and it was fantastic. I love this bakery!

Quality of pastries are right up there with french pastries..staff is wonderful..this place is pure bliss

The best croissants I’ve had outside of Paris! We also tried their bagels and an almond croissant which were equally as delicious. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I passed this bakery while out for a walk yesterday (10/22/21) and decided to pop in to grab a ready-made pastry to go. As we walked in we realized they were going to be closing in 5-10 minutes. The woman behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us and glared at me as we approached the area to order. We quickly turned around and walked right out as it felt like we were an inconvenience. Perhaps she was concerned we were slowing down their closing process. In that case, I would recommend locking the doors at the point when you no longer want customers to enter.
