There never seems to be a manager at this store. They are regularly out of something, running a limited menu, or seem to close early on a whim. Worst taco bell I have ever been to.
The woman overcharged us, then tried to claim it was our fault. Then after the manager fixed it and the food was remade, it tasted like something was put in the food. I even checked my dashcam to make sure we said the right thing. I really hope this gets investigated.
service is WILD. food is great, i mean taco bell never fails to hit the spot but the employees at this location are wild. saw a cook drop a spatula on the floor, look around and then continue to cook food ?
The lady taking my drive up order was fantastic and so helpful. Then the person at the window was as well. It has been so long since i have experienced service like this. The fiesta veggie burritos were fixed to order and delicious!!
Horrible experience. After waiting in line for 20 minutes for my food, not only did I not receive one of my items, but I got almost none of my cheesy firsta potatoes.
My order was completely wrong. Not a single thing was correct. I'm pretty sure I was given someone else's order.My Soda taste like water. And the food just wasn't that good. It's not worth the money that's for sure. I can make a better taco and it'll be worth my money. I won't be getting taco bell anytime soon.
Went to taco bell with a friend and we both ordered the cantina tacos on the taco bell app. Pulled up to the window and received our order but when we looked in we were both missing the cantina taco. When we asked about it they just said the fryer was off and when we asked what to do the. They just said well you can go to the app and say you didn't get it. We did that and we both have still not heard a response and it's been a week. First off to not even say anything and hope we wouldn't notice? Second they seriously didn't give me my food and now are just ignoring me. I know it's only like a 3 dollar taco but still it's really frustrating and I would give 0 stars if I could.... And now it's been almost two weeks and I emailed Danielle and still have not heard a reply. So completely annoying.
I've gotten food here 26 times in the past 4 months and they've never messed up my order (burritos have occasionally had uneven distributions of ingredents but that's about it)I place my order online a few minutes ahead of time & it's usually about a 3 minute wait in the drive thru before I'm driving away with my inexpensive but delectable meal. 9/10 could use more jalapenos.
Got the Supreme wrap, it was really good. Faster service and the workers treated guests with respect. Friend also ordered and food and everything was great. I am glad there is a great taco bell in the area and excited to stop in again!
Stopped in,well went through the drive through for a quick bite. Mainly wanted to try those Chicken Wings they had for a limited time, but they had ran out,so just grabbed a few tacos. ? Food was good ,drinks nice and cold.Whenever in the mood for tacos this my spot.
