I ordered online, and I get there, they tell me they aren’t open. So I ask how can I get my money back, she told me to go to another store. But to top it off, I ordered ONLINE, the signs on the door say 5:30, so why is it possible to order if you aren’t open? I spend 20 bucks and it’s now down the drain because I couldn’t get my money back .

These pictures are from two different visits within the past couple of weeks to this Starbucks location. I have never, EVER had this to happen to my drinks from any other Starbucks location. Absolutely disgusting - and it made me sick!!
I typically use the drive through and can spend less than 10 minutes to get my purchase, even if the line is long. The inside is very nice.
Comfortable seating. Friendly servers to brew coffee to your specifications. Ample parking.
They had no strawberries ?? It’s starbucks ?? A very popular place to stop as cars are coming to or from vermont/ny/nj area. Violated my drink as well as another drink I ordered. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Typical Starbucks. During busy hours the drive thru line can get quite long, such that it's difficult to get into the parking lot, but this doesn't happen frequently. They are always under lots of orders and the staff seem to be quite capable of keeping up with them. I order through the mobile app, and usually my order is ready before the app says it will be. The only complaint I have is they appear to be fighting a wasp issue. It may be solved by now, but in the past they've had a wasp infestation inside the building and behind the counter. They went away for a while (6 months or so), and then came back. I haven't seem them since (it's been a few months). Rest assured, if the wasps do return, the staff are more than capable of getting orders out on time. They are not phased.
The employees here do not get enough credit as they should! Whenever I go here the line is insane and the orders are flowing in from mobile orders. When I go in and when I see how crazy it is they are all calm and banging out orders left and right! The employees here do such an amazing job! I do wish sometimes there were another Starbucks in the area to lighten up the work for them sometimes and just for the fact that sometimes the wait time can be a lot but you really have to give it too all the employees who do such an amazing job! Great job Troy crew you all kill it everyday!
