It took a VERY long time to get our food! It seemed like everyone that ordered at the same time or right before us waited a long time for their food. We ordered footlong coney dogs and instead of a footlong bun they put the hot dog in two buns! I don't travel that way much, but I probably won't go to this Sonic again.
Sorry place here. The staff has the music so loud out back you can't here to order. Than all the condiments where empty. And you could not get a napkin even if you asked for one. The food was terrible and it's a place I will not return to.
I'm not impressed whatsoever with this Sonic. The drive-thru is oddly confusing and the menu is chaotic and strange. I really don't know what to make of the people working here: a mix of immaturity and bizarre interactions. The food is not what I expected each time. I can't say I hated it, but I have yet to find a menu item that I would reorder. No other fast food restaurant has left me with such mixed, unpleasant feelings and vibes.
I don't understand what was going on, but I pulled up and waited for five or so minutes and did not get any response from the drive-through then I pulled into one of the car slots and push the button oh, they informed me that they were only doing drive thru at that point and six cars had lined up ahead of me after I had left the drive-thru, so I got back into the drive-thru line and waited another 25 minutes we're maybe one or two vehicles made it through then I just decided it was no longer worth it and Grove out of there. I have had wonderful experiences with Sonic town so, but I have not had many good experiences with them up north.
Waited online for 10 min to get to the place to order then waited 5 more minutes before being able go order. Then another 10 minutes plus waiting for our food. Not sure why we didn't just pull away. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. I have no idea how the food is. I'm still waiting.
On 5/15/22 My mom received a milkshake with maggots in it. When we pulled up to the drive through the woman on the speaker said they were only serving drinks and ice cream at the moment because they were having “an incident” with the food. We didn’t think much because we were only there to get a milkshake, slushy and lemonade. My mom took a few sips of her milkshake and noticed chunks, soon after realizing she was consuming live maggots. After chaos and throwing up all night, we are all genuinely traumatized. This location should be shut down. It is clearly not up to health standards, and is seriously dangerous. Absolutely disgusting. Beware of this location, it should be gone.
Yikes this Sonic location is bad. We stopped for a quick bite to eat. We parked and walked up to the entrance unfortunately we were rebuffed by a small sign stating “Dining Room Closed” below a very large “We’re Open” sign. After this snafu we got in line for the Drive-Through. We ordered a hot dog and 4 orders of mozzarella sticks. After a 10 minute wait we were given 4 orders of mozzarella sticks and a hot dog. Not one of the mozzarella stick orders had the correct number of sticks and the hot dog was still cold as if it had never been cooked. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonalds up the street; at least their food will be hot.
I ordered oreo blast, he repeated my order and he said oreo. Next, i see my receipt and it says cookie dough. I asked him to change it, and he was not willing to since it was already made.
I go there a few times a month for milkshakes and ice cream (sonic blast). They have large portion sizes and good ice cream.
Never gets the order right. Always puts the center of the head of lettuce on burgers. Tbh not my fault y'all hate your job but thanks for being so great at your jobs. I understand it's hard stacking premade ingredients ?
