Burgers are good. Place used to be better tho. Bun gets crushed, burger usually overly well done, quality control non existent.
Had 2 different brugers and a chincken sandwich. None of them were disappointing. Every bite was worth every dollar. But the shakes being visually appealing, I could being myself to finish. It was way too sweet. The fries was delicious as well I highly recommend you try them. The place and personal had great energy as well

We ordered delivered food, our order was delivered relatively quickly and was correct. Could have been warmer in my opinion. We ordered the patties with dry aged beef which honestly wasn't anything obvious in terms of the flavor, but texture was excellent. Fries and rings were good. Shake was good. We'll definitely try this place again, expensive, but perhaps the best burger in the Troy area.
We have ordered from here twice. Both times the food was so tasty. Delicious.
This goes out to the owner of this establishment: I have never been to your restaurant so I can’t rate the food. But I looked at the reviews to get a feel for the opinions of people who HAVE eaten there. What I saw was just as telling - you thank the people who give high ratings but seem to dismiss/ignore the people who have legitimate complaints - restaurant closing earlier than posted time, food deliveries never arriving, etc. My advice would be to flip that coin- put 90% of your effort into things that need fixing. It is simply an ego boost to dwell on your strengths. Just my opinion.
Place is open until 8pm according to Google. I went there for “Troy Night Out” at 7:30 pm. There is a huge sign outside that says “open for Troy night out”, but apparently that is not the case. One of the workers was cleaning the grill already and told me they were closed (open sign outside still lit by the way). He told me the doors close at 8pm but they actually close earlier. Obviously not true and he wanted to go home early. The place looks awesome but I see why it’s always empty now. Disappointing.

Picked up. Would have preferred shake made right before our order was ready but everything got home without being steamed so I’m a fan
And yet again... tried calling to place an order.. no one answering. I will start going to someplace else..Disappointed today... got there at 744pm and was told sorry they stop taking orders at 730. Why say 8pm I thats how it is.
