The seafood pot pie was really good. Although it was essentially seafood bisque with a nice piece of puff pastry on top; not a pie at all. They have an array of inspired cocktails. Also a good selection of oysters.
This food was pretty bad. I’ll considered, poorly made. Overpriced. The wine was good though. The deviled eggs were good. The lobster roll our friends got looked good. Menu entrees though. A chicken sandwich isn’t that hard to get right. Does not require candied bacon or a fried egg or weird deep fried bread. Does require chicken not made of grizzle. Fries are better than weird wet potato block things. I remember this place being fine but I think it’s gone downhill.
Wowza - the best food in the capital district. Staff is amazing, and they refuse to compromise on quality during these rough times. Just make it a point to come here - it’s worth it.

The atmosphere is perfect for a date. AWESOME cocktails. The menu seems to change a lot which we love, because there is always something new to try. They always have vegetarian options too which is much appreciated. Oysters are top notch. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a high end experience with a moderate price tag.
Was here last night for a few drinks and a bite. The bartender and also barback? were both super chill and great to chat with. Their cocktails were absolutely fantastic, the man even knew how to make the obscure cocktail (+ had the ingredients!) my partner had been dying to try. Food was excellent, we had the pressed chicken sandwich and lobster corn pot pie w/little neck clams. The chicken sandwich in particular with candied garlic and jalapenos was super tasty! They also have a beautiful, adorable dog who came out and entertained all of us at the bar with her sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try some seafood!
went there recently for the pop up restaurant that showcased there in August! loved the plating and food, so delicious! they only had 3 drink options, and 2 were Bourbon, we would've liked to see more variety but it was overall a wonderful experience!staff was friendly and restaurant was well kept and clean
very sophisticated. very attentive staff. the chef personally checked on our party several times. great for special occasions
Not only was the food spectacular, but the service and presentation were excellent. We had Duxbury oysters, heirloom tomatoes with fresh ricotta- which was unbelievable, duck, which was perfectly cooked, soperesse which we watched the Chef make and a cherry sorbet for dessert. I’d go back in a minute!!
