As with any Panera the food was good. We were surprised by the fact that we did not see anyone at the front desk until we were almost done eating. We were confused at first but went to their kiosk and ordered through that. But when we made our order it told us to grab a pager, but there weren't any available. We had to go back to the service area guessing when our order was ready. Crazy.......thus the 4 star rating!!

My order was wrong. I ordered broccoli ? soup mac & cheese ?. I got reg mac & cheese. I was in a hurry so I did not check my order till I got to work.

I ordered through the Panera app for delivery. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes for delivery. Totally fine. Received the email confirming my order. However, after 35 minutes, I went to track my order and found that it was cancelled. No information regarding why it was cancelled. So I called Panera's customer service and found out that it *could* have been because Doordarsh did not have any drivers that could deliver it. The reason I am giving two stars is because I was not notified whatsoever about the cancelation. And I was still charged for the order. Thankfully, the customer service representative was able to issue me a refund. But customers need to be notified when orders are cancelled.

Only problem with this location is you feel like it's run by Wendy and Peter pan and the kitchen crew are the lost boys.

This is the absolute worst location to order delivery from, and I always order straight from the Panera website. Rarely is my order correct, nor do I get a door dash driver who knows what they’re doing. I could not be any more clear about where to leave the food, and it’s constantly left in the wrong locations just out in the open when it clearly states it in the receipt but they are too careless/lazy to read. Today’s experience tops it. I order in advance and call the store back to have them update the phone number to reach me since I was at work. Was told they would tell the driver since they can’t change numbers from online orders. I get everyone is busy, but at least write the number down and tape it to the bag or something? Needless to say, my food arrived and the driver was calling the incorrect number. I call the driver back 12 mins after the fact and she said she left it (in the wrong location, of course) I go retrieve it and the only item is a coffee and forgot the food entirely, despite a giant red sticker on the cup that states it’s a multi item order. I attempt to call the store back for a refund (after 1pm) and after 45 mins of the phone just ringing I gave up and called the main customer service number. 45 mins? Seriously? It’s the sloppiness of the drivers that deliver the food despite ordering from the website, that makes this an undesirable location all together. I will stick with another location from now on because the continuous frustration is not worth it.

If you like Panera then you know what you're getting into. Decent food but pricy. This location in particular often messes up my order though.

So I ordered food off the app and thought this was the location that my food was ordered.. My son and I ( hes 5 yrs old) were waiting for about 5 minutes at the rapid pick up location thinking they are delayed nopppppe there not the girls over the counter were using the F bomb not relazing we were there. I walked up to give them my name because my email stated my order was ready the girl comes around and checks my email n says oh you ordered at a different location so I asked ok well then can you just make the food while I'm here it's paid for already she states well u will have to call to cancel your order with them and then we can make the food so then I said nvm can you please tell me where this location is at she states no im bad with directions sorry!!! So long story short the location I ordered from is only for college students the number I called to cancel is for the college campus and I didn't even get my meal we ordered pizza instead & they wouldn't allow me to Cancel the order online either!!! Last time I'll be ordering from Panera

Great service employees were very nice and polite to great place

I've had a lot of awful days , but today was one of the roughest . It's Christmas Eve and after planning and preparing for two weeks my family totally bailed on me , I was stuck in town because it was too cold for me to walk home , and every Lyft driver on the planet was cancelling on me . So while I was trying to keep warm , I stopped into this Panera to get something to eat . I was literally two seconds from crying at any given minute , but all the staff that I interacted with were so incredibly nice and kind . Katie ( I'm pretty sure the new manager's name was ) and the others went out of their way to check in on me while I waited for my ride to make me feel better , and they completely turned my day around , and for that I can't thank them enough . I straight up cried in the car telling my boyfriend how sweet they were and how much what they did meant to me . I sincerely hope they see this review and get some love sent their way - they're amazing and I hope to see them again some time <3

Same as all Panera. Great stuff. Good part is they seem to have more tea options than usual.
