Lunch for 3, great, no fantastic quesadillas. Best I've ever had. Perfectly crispy, great combos. Very friendly service, fast.
Fiancée and I went here for dinner and they are the best quesadillas I have ever had and they are not expensive at all considering how big and filling their quesadillas are. Tons of options for vegan and vegetarian as well, can not recommend this place enough. Staff is super friendly as well!

Ordered the Tanya and it was completely raw inside. Ended up throwing it away. Called to tell the woman, and she just said “ok”.

Not very authentic, atmosphere is also off. Food is cooked fine but needs more seasoning and spice in the food.

After spotting a co-worker devouring a chicken bowl from Muddaddy Flats, I couldn't help but get my own the first chance I had. It was everything I had hoped it would be. A good mix of beans and rice as the base, topped with well-seasoned and tender chicken, fresh tomatoes, the perfect amount of shredded cheese, and a deliciously creamy sauce drizzled on top. Perfection! Thank you MdF for the delicious, quick, and easy lunch to fuel my day!
We were driving through Troy, NY headed south and tend to avoid chains so a TA search found this great place for us! Easy parking on the street. Not too far off the interstate. And the best quesadillas you may ever eat! The Muddaddy sauce makes these quesadillas special. Great prices. Quick service. Plenty of space inside and out to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal.
Food was amazing just as authentic as mexican food! The staff make the atmosphere so fun and enjoyable for all ages!
