The Capital District has more than its share of excellent Italian restaurants. This is not one of them.Moscatiello's is a big place - several dining rooms and even more private rooms for parties. I suspect that the party business is what keeps them afloat.Meals are generous and reasonably priced, but the doesn't fare well compared with other Italian places. Sauces are plain - almost like they cam out of a jar from the supermarket. Pastas are ordinary.I've been there for a number of dinner meetings where the quality of the was not especially important. But I want good Italian, this is not the place I would go.
Okay food, was hoping for a more Italian feel to the food but it's dominantly American in its style and preparation. The salad dressing was dominantly oil (and didn't seem like olive oil). The staff that I interacted with were friendly and quick to refresh water / drinks.
Always a great place to go for good Italian food. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the cannoli were out of this world. A good restaurant the whole family can enjoy.
Haven't been here in a few years. Stopped in the other night for dinner with a work party of 10. Service, food, everything was amazing. Will be back soon.
Wonderful. We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. This was a lunch in experience. No problem seating the handicapped.

Doesn't support freedom. No executive order and county executive not enforcing the December 2021 recommendation from NYS Health Department for indoor masks but Moscatiello's wouldn't serve me inside without a mask.
It was OK. Service was excellent. Sam's in Delmar was the best, maybe my expectation was too high. Looking for an Italian restaurant near by.
Outstanding baked ziti and lasagna. Very impressive wine and liquor selection as well.
