Should not be considered a Moe's, it's owned by the campus and has a limited menu, and requires masks with out providing or selling them, neither me or my so finish the terrible food and not to mention the customer service was worst then the food, overall one of the worst restaurant experience iv had
The worst, worst Moes. Been there a few times and kept giving them a chance but there is one lady that works there that should be canned. She is awful. The food she prepared me was awful. Right when I walked in the door I was yelled at for not having a mask on. I hope this place goes away and Kemps comes back. I wish I knew that womens name because she should not be a customer facing employee. Terrible terrible service. I could go on for hours.
The food is great. But pricey
Moe's has always been a nice treat for myself every now and then. I was unaware that this franchise location was owned by RPI (as i was told by one of the staff) which is neither here nor there other than it was packed when I got there. Classes must have just let out because there were students all over the area. Curbside parking was easy to find. Even with the line out the door, the restaurant was well staffed and friendly. The reason for the 4 star is because the portions for the salad bowls were a little smaller than usual. Other than that, everything was very good as usual.
The burritos are really good but there’s rice is never fully cook and is always hard.
Moes in Troy is my usual go to. I however was at Lathem Circle and decided after my haircut I'd go to Moes there. They had about half of the menu available and said their truck doesn't come in untill Tuesday I believe. So I went to Troy and low and behold they had everything! Never fails at Troy Moes !
“Never a line”, I read in other reviews, and now I know why. Just passing through town. I’ve been to other Moe’s and had a much better experience. Got a burrito and the food was very bland. They need to get someone with some cooking skills. Also, I could not believe how stingy they were with the quantity of meat in the burrito, and other fillings as well. It was quite cold as served. They have a tortilla warmer but only used it for 2 seconds before pulling it off the warmer. Would never go there again.
They get one star for one reason only...I love moes.....and any other one get 5 stars from me but this moes is a joke as a 48 year old man that is fully vaccinated living in a place we're the norm is no mask if vaxed.....they wouldn't let me in without a mask.....which I no longer carry...
Nice staff and good food and there's never a line
By the end of the day, there aren't that many options left. Food was okay. Only reason why I would go back is if I was starving. Free chips are nice though.
