Sammy is the bomb man. I have frequent 12 hour shifts and i leave work hungry and on the way home i love to get a nice plate of hotcakes with some odd addons. Usually they throw it together and i leave. He asked how i wanted my bacon in a box on the side or straight with my hotcakes and asked other questions about how i wanted my order making sure i was well taken care of and it was made just how i wanted. I ordered cookies and was told they would be a few min which i was fine with. Cookies came out quick and they where placed in my bag in the there own bag where they wouldnt be squished. And was told that. FANTASTIC!! i was well taken care of i understand fast food as i used to work the counter too. I understand how it is he made sure i was well taken care of and i made sure he knew i appreciated it greatly. I will be back tomorrow for more hotcakes hope to see Sammy again. Know im taken care of
Food is fresh and hot most of the time, the only downside is the restaurant may be closed if it’s too late in the evening, even if the online hours say it should be open. Good location.
Thai food was not good, I don’t recommend eating here. The fries were stale and cold. We all know you go to McDonalds for the fries. I was highly disappointed. Go with you’re money some place else who can at least make decent food.
Just check your bag before pulling away so you don’t have to deal with traffic after pulling back in to correct lol Staff are super nice though!
I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens with no mayo and slivered onions and of course they messed up my order and I had to go back to have it fixed and the black girl with long braids at the front counter gave me an attitude when they messed up my order to begin with!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It doesn't matter what job you have but how hard it is to just be respectful?! Little girl needs to learn some manners!!!
It was cheap and quick and most of what we ordered was correct but not everything. Should no better than to drive away without checking but they made the burgers wrong from what we asked.
I'm back with another McDonald review. Just 2 days ago I put on a review about McDonalds on lower Hoosick St and how you hardly ever get your order correctly but for the most part the one Upper Hoosick does a pretty good job. This is how large fries should look.
Food came out a little late but it was hot and fresh. I also liked that this spot actually put effort into making the food neat. You normally don't see that.
Fast service, friendly people. So much safer than the one in troy. Would give it 5 stars, but it's McDonalds and the food is already unhealthy.
There is a sign stating facemasks are required, once you enter the restaurant everyone is wearing a mask on their chin but customers have to have their face covered? Poor customer service, I was asked what kind of drinks I would like when you have to get your own drinks? I ordered 2 drinks never received my cups thinking they had to fill my cups behind the counter, I watched others behind me place their order and received their cups for beverage purchase, I asked for my cups and the girl asked if I had ordered 2 drinks which I replied yes, she grabbed 2 cups and apologized but for whatever reason set 1 cup on the counter and brought the other cup to drive-thru, I didn't understand what was going on and while I was waiting for my food I had to ask someone else for my other cup and explained to the guy what had happened and he replied he didn't understand why she did what she did?
