I never leave reviews but this restaurant is completely unbelievable. Whoever was working night shift tonight verbally threatened my girlfriend who called to check on an UberEats order. The woman on the phone said she knew our address and that there would be problems for us calling.I called back myself only to get cussed out by the male employee calling me a “b*tch” and telling me to “pull up” if I have a problem with their service. Not only should they be fired but this restaurant should be removed from UberEats altogether. This is by far the WORST service I’ve ever seen in my life and the owner should honestly be ashamed of this business.The calls were recorded and I might even take legal action due to the verbal threats conducted over the phone. I highly recommend never ordering from them due to the lack of competence and respect of the workers. This restaurant does NOT care about their customers and we never even received the order 2 hours later.STAY AWAY!!!
1:15 am the only restaurant open when I get off work__Tried to order over the phone, was told I would have to order at the restaurant...drove 20 minutes to the restaurant was out of every item I tried to order..Delivery always takes OVER an hour and a half and food is always cold while charging a $10 Grubhub Delivery fee not including the tip. 1 star is just too many.
Delivery took an hour and a half, ordered a 6 piece chicken combination meal, 2 beef patties and an Italian wrap. Chicken was old and didn't bring the 2 rolls or mashed potatoes or coleslaw! Chicken patties were old and the crust was rock hard. None if this stuff is even edible and as far as the Italian wrap goes, just threw it in the garbage without even opening!! Don't know what is more disgusting, the service, the Delivery or the food. No,the food is WORST!!!
First time we tried it, slice life wasn't working so they let us place the order via phone for the same price!! Amazing customer service was my first time ordering I will order again!
First of all it took 2 hours for my delivery . My chicken looks like they cooked it in oil from months ago . The rolls were hard and cold . When I called to let them know they guy hung up on me smh . The worse place in Troy to order from . If I could give it 0 stars I would .
This was absolutely insane. SO BAD. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Screwed us over on UberEats… wouldn’t even know how the food was, it never got to us. I would rather lick the bottom of a shoe that’s walked through the Hudson River than order from here again. They stole 30 dollars from us and asked us to tip the driver extra money or they wouldn’t deliver us our food. Like hello?? Absolutely shocking.

They're going to be one of your only options if you're ordering in the middle of the night like I frequently do. That means that it can take a long time sometimes. But there are two main things that keep me coming back even when I order earlier in the night and other places are still open:1) One time they had delivered my order through contactless delivery thanks to the pandemic. I was busy at the time so I came out about 5 minutes later and my food was gone. My building was having problems with a thief at the time so I think that's what happened. Anyway, with zero hesitation and no charge to me they remade the whole order and delivered it again.2) The cheese fries. The fries themselves are not that good. They are kind of soft and chewy. BUT the cheese dip they deliver in a little cup is singlehandedly the thing I crave most when I've been drinking a bit. Like, it's probably actually something really simple like heated up kraft but I don't care. It is amazing.Truth be told I do think some of the other local places have better pizza. But I have tried ordering cheese fries from several other local places and none of them come even close to this cheese dip.The wraps are good too - throw them in the microwave for a minute so the cheese melts and then it will be heaven.In response to the reviews mentioning uber eats - this is a problem with uber eats in this area. I have had similar issues with uber eats orders locally at several different restaurants. The uber eats app seems to just always accept orders even if there are no drivers available. Personally I have done all my orders with this restaurant through grubhub, mealeo, or slice and never once had an issue with not getting my food (and i have ordered from these guys MANY times). I have seen times where the uber eats app shows restaurants as open while the other apps do not. I don't think it's the restaurant's fault since I experienced this with several different local places before I gave up on uber eats entirely. I would highly recommend not using uber eats for late night deliveries in the Troy area.
This is their chicken Parm that they have in their menu as breaded chicken breast over a bed if spaghetti or ziti but yet where's the chicken oh that's right cut up in the ziti chicken Parm how but don't go complain they will call police
