Order a 24 cut pizza yesterday and asked please don’t let the crust be burnt which they made sure it wasn’t but the cheese was not fresh, it’s my fault for not opening the box to see if they made my pizza fresh. I like my cheese not over cooked I like where it pulls apart. My chicken wings were fresh thats for sure. I think it depends on the day the pizza is ordered. Next time I order from them I’m opening up my box to make sure the pizza wasn’t thrown back into the oven and over cooked my cheese.
Thow I always appreciate jimmy’s pizza it has started to lack in its pizza but the wings have saved it in the past but now the garlic parm wings I’ve loved forever have now gone the route of the pizza I once prized as the best . It’s sad to say I will no longer order Blum pizza or wings from jimmys and have to settle for other pizzerias instead for jimmy’s no longer is above the others and is average as they are . Very disappointed.
I love this hometown classic place..my only go to for mozzarella sticks as they are perfectly breaded and seasoned everytime along with the Melba sauce ? I love getting there hot wings as the sauce is the perfect heat, I just wish they weren't drowned in sauce to keep them crispy. Pizza is delicious but greasy. Definitely worth it as the cheese is like no other ?
I have always ordered from here, for years my family has, but not after tonight. I ordered a pizza and a grilled chicken Cesar salad. The look of the chicken threw me off it didn’t look right, tasting it was worse. It was slimy, chewy and disgusting. When I called to let them know the customer service was horrible!! They told me it comes precooked, and that’s it. Guaranteed my precooked chicken was cooked. They didn’t bother to offer to send something else, compensate or even try to keep a customer in any way. Dry and terrible customer service. My salad is in the garbage and is a waste! Thank you for your customer service it taught me to not order again!
very disgusted with Jimmy's, ordered a hot sub, cold sub and onion rings, was told 1 hour, it took 1 1/2 hours, had to call about order, hot food was COLD, cold sub was wrong, I called spoke to someone in charge, told me they would make my order again and have to wait another hour, unacceptable!!! done with Jimmy's! they definitely went down hill with new owners
Terrible Experience. Absolutely used to love Jimmy's. Ordered a 10cut Hawaiian pizza arrived cold and the pinapples were SO sour. Called back and was told it'll be another 45minutes and we will take the pie back? Cool. Take it??
Moved here in September 2021, have had their pizza twice now & it is average for the money. Especially the 2nd time I ordered in November, asked for sausage/eggplant & there was hardly any eggplant or sausage. Will not be going back.
I bought a sausage, onions and peppers pizza to bring to my parents house. It was very, very yummy.I highly recommend them.
I always pick up my orders. The staff is always cheerful and the food is always good.
The boneless wings have just become absolutely disappointing the last year/2 years...no hot sauce on them whatsoever, pizza has also went downhill...use to be the best place in town..dont know what happened but it's a shame it did..
