Used to love ordering from them until recently, the driver was very rude when we confronted his boss on why he lied about how much we owed him in tips and got rude and wouldn’t bring us our pizza the next time we ordered

I just ordered from there and the guy who answered berated me for my driver tip amount. He said wow. No wonder we can’t keep employees. Lady that won’t even pay for their gas. He went on and on about it. I’ve never in my life experienced a customer service rep so disrespectful. Will never order from them again.

We ordered two Italian mixed subs. No tomatoes or onions on either sub. Mostly bread and lettuce, took meat and cheese from whole sub to make half a sub. When I called to complain I was told there was tomatoes and onions on both, despite the fact that we had just eaten them. The person I spoke with hung up on me. Their pizza is good, but stay away from the subs. I gave it one star NOT four

The roast beef sub and the capicola sub was lucky if it had 4 pieces of neat on it. The sub rolls were not very fresh. The onion rings were soggy with no flavor. The tomatoes on the subs were chunks instead of tomato slices. The lettuce didn't seem very fresh either. Prices were reasonable delivery driver was friendly and food got to us at a reasonable time frame. Just the quantity and quality were much less than expected.

Place is horrible. It meeses up orders and claims zero responsibility. Makes up things when you have the audacity to complain then hangs up and won't take your call. Never ever ever again. If there was a minus star button, I love NY pizza would get it.
