? This place right here is a hard review but here we go???.Customer service at this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth so be ready. Not friendly and my clients orders are never ready and I feel im treated as if im the problem. ?Despite the bad I do get consistent requests from this location. So there has to be somthing good about it I'm not seeing ? or tasting? i guess. I personally will never know??♂️.
THIS PLACE IS TERIBBLE !!! We ordered food that was very oily , so we asked for a new order. They returned the new food and threw it like this on our steps. They asked back for the old order, isn’t that very unsanitary to ask back for old food?? During a pandemic?? This is the result of poor customer service. HAO WEI DOWNTOWN TROY NY
Don’t order here. They delivered a completely incorrect order, then took absolutely no responsibility for it. No one here could care less about you or your family or if dinner makes it to the table tonight. Hai Wei DOES NOT deserve your business.
Okay but not great . I asked for something which was cheaply ignored . Secondly overcooked food . Burned and horrible portions compared to others . Never again !!!!!!!!!!
The customer service is very poor at this establishment the rice was hard and tasted old the young lady taking orders was using her cell phone while handling food I handed her $30 she threw my change inside of the cubicle this is my last time eating at this establishment I will take my business to Green shell with a know how to treat their customers with a smile I was also charged $2 extra to add onions to my shrimp fried rice only for me to get home and there's no onions in my shrimp fried rice
The food is a 7 the service is decent the price not so high
Lol how badly can your business be doing if you are charging $2 to add ketchup on chicken and rice. First Chinese restaurant that I have experienced this with.

The food is so good I order one General Tso’s Chicken and shrimp w Broccoli and Homemade Ice tea .the tea is so great.chicken is crispy shrimps is fresh the people so nice I will order againI’m like here.
Lunch guy was a real loser, seemed like I was bothering him, close up and go home, we don’t need you.
