Terrible experience.I ordered a latte and my regular order (Large, hot coffee with cream and 2 sugars - the only beverage I ever order for myself.)Drive to the window. Worker gives me a small iced latte. I tell him we wanted hot. We did not specify, but he also didn't ask. He sighed heavily and went off to remake the latte. He came back with a small latte and a small coffee (both hot). I told him that I ordered a large coffee. He said that I didn't, to stop lying, and why was I being like this? My passenger acknowledged that she heard me order a large coffee and he sneered and started complaining about us not knowing what we were doing and making his life harder.I drove off without my order. Abusive behavior is not why I go to Dunkin.There were no other customers there, there were no customers that left immediately before us. I suspect he was angry that we interrupted his break time.I won't be patronizing this location again.
The management and staff were beyond rude. Absolutely no team work and highly unprofessional management. 10/10 would not recommend! Not only that, there was drug use at the job while I was being trained. I voiced my complaints and nothing was done.
My cold brew was terrible, VERY weak, tasted very watery. They never have crullers and are often out of items.

Good coffee, great people! I ordered two Bacon egg and ( no cheese!) on plain bagels and when I got to work they had cheese on them. When I tried to call (3 times) no one answered! Frustrating!
Got my order quickly. My small coffee was rather large but no complaints there!
I love Dunkin I always use it and the app is extremely convenient. But this location and the person the drive thru was on her phone with a line. Gave me accidentally two others orders before mine, which means I touched it. Then it was the wrong coffee- I order a cold foam brew $4 and she said my bad went in the back and added whip cream not cold foam and it was not with the ingredients I offered and paid for late for work at this point could not go back. I will be calling though. So sad. I will just go to another one next time never this one again.
The line was a bit long but they moved it pretty well. The staff was very friendly at the window!!
