i usually like it here but there's definitely some new staff because i come here often and i've never seen this girl before. She seemed more concerned about laughing with her coworkers instead of tending to the drive thru as i literally sat there listening to her make jokes with them and then finally realize i was there. When i pulled up she couldn't even find my order which was so simple just one frozen hot chocolate. Then she never even gave me my change and just continued to laugh with her coworkers. I want the other staff back the nice ladies and guys ; but definitely not her.
Don’t come here unless you want roaches in your food or drink. This place is nasty serving me coffee with a roach. Luckily I seen it and this Dunkin is getting sued
I give you all 5 stars because i have had the best coffee in my life.
Got some nice fresh donuts and some hot coffee was fantastic.
Always a great experience here. They're kind and polite and my order is always right. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of vegetarian and lacto-ovo options.
Put regular milk in a refresher instead of coconut. Not cool. I’m allergic.

3/5/22--3pm.... drive thru large iced coffee. Burnt to cinders. Undrinkable! Back thru drive thru explained the issue handed another undrinkable coffee. Burnt to cinders. Guess we be DONE
