My only complaint is that they run out of things early.
I went here placed an order and it was wrong. Good thing I checked before I left. The worst thing was that the manager accused me of not knowing what was in the bags so she took everything back out. I finally got all I paid for without any apology from anyone. Terrible service when they are busy.
It's better than the other dunkins in troy fo sho.

I asked for a sourdough sandwich with sausage every single time I go there and they always give me bacon and I don’t want a bacon five pieces only which is ridiculous for such a big sandwich. That’s all the bacon they gave me for such a big sandwich
They are slow when you go in the lobby they make believe they don't see you
Seems that you're asking how was Dunkin Donuts I don't appreciate them just own Donuts in a bag is supposed to be especially the Boston cream they need to be individually separated with wax paper nothing more disgusting than put your hand in a bag and you get chocolate all over your all over your wrist because I fell on the sides of the inside of the bag do something about it or right boycott Dunkin Donuts how do you like me now but I can Rush the shirt I won't be buying Dunkin Donuts unless you start putting wax paper in between them
This is usually one of the faster and on top of their game DD's but today they had some girl there who couldn't get any order right. It took the girls just about 10 minutes to take my order of 4 coffees and 6 donuts. I ordered 1 med caramel crazed iced latte, 1 small caramel crazed iced latta, 1 def caramel crazed iced latte, 1 peppermint Mocha latte little ice and extra peppermint and 6 donuts.... I ended up with them 2 small caramel lattes right, the peppermint mocha one right, a caramel iced coffee ( wrong ), 6 donuts plus 2 donuts on the side. Not only did I have to send my coffee back but I had to play for 2 extra donuts I never even asked for. The girl couldn't count and thought I ordered more than 6. She also told me they had strawberry cream filled donuts... Noo6e it was a regular jelly donut... What should have been a 5-7 min total experience turned into a 25 min screw up. I was so frustrated that i kept the extra donuts instead of telling her to learn to count. Very unhappy with this girls ability to take a simple order.
