I'm giving this review for the Dunkin' Donuts in Green Island great people friendly people they always have what you need they're fast they're efficient clean love it there I make the extra trip just to go there to that Dunkin' Donuts
America runs on Dunkin’. The best solution when you’re dealing with a tenant like Dana Dabush and Nati Shabat of Motek spa is to get an ice coffee and try to convince yourself that everything will be ok. I will be the last person they scam!
I am a regular at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 75 Vandenberg Ave. in Troy New York there is a shift leader by the name of Stephani who is very disgustingly nasty to her customers regular customers unacceptable I will never spend my money here again
They never fulfill complete order. Some or the other thing will be unavailable. Never coming back to this store.
The people working currently especially the woman right now doesn’t want to do their job? I have been going here to this Dunkin for 1 year and I have never gotten the same exact drink ever? How hard is to make their signature latte? Their signature drinks never are the same. And any time you order a croissant and or a toasted bagel 90% the time it’s burnt? Black? Why is that? Does my money mean nothing? And when you ask them to fix it they want to see receipt when you ordered it where you ordered it. You can ask them very politely and they will refuse to fix your drink. Ordered Dunkin down the st and went in to this one asking for caramel in my drink and the lady asked me to drive down the st even though it’s a 10 min drive you can just give me some caramel swirls? Dunkin policy is if you don’t like your coffee they will remake it and here at this store they will refuse you that.
Definitely come here if you want your order to be WRONG. I literally come here so often and they always get something wrong. So please double check everything before driving away and keep your receipt! Also make sure to check that your food isn’t burned to a crisp. It took me forever to get my money back on a croissant that was burnt so badly it was hard and looked like charcoal. Had to keep it to show to the manager the next day in order to get a refund on a gift card.
Tried this place twice. Both times the person running drive through was horrible and demeaning without reason. I felt so uncomfortable that I threw my food and drink away because if that's how they speak to customers I can't imagine the food and drinks are treated well either. I will go out of my to get coffee elsewhere even though this place is close.
Very slow and out of items requested
13aug 8:40-8:52AM I was in line for ~10min outside and it didn't move. Went inside, another line of 5 people formed behind me, with one at register. One of the DD employees told a guy in line to lock the door ... I left to another DD. Either short staffed or low work ethic, not worth the trip up the hill!!
They set their own rules and times. Often they close machines and the oven down hours early for “cleaning” more like they want to leave at exactly closing time. I ordered ahead on the app so I’d already paid for what they couldn’t make and when I asked if I’d be refunded the kid shrugged and told me too call the number on the app. Like I want to spend an hour on the phone.
