Every time I open at my job, I come here for coffee/food first! Usually there’s only 3 workers when I get there to order. Still they’re always moving and getting things out. Today they looked decently staffed, and were even faster then they usually are! My Latte was PERFECT. Staff is always so nice! Not a fan of the muffins lately but that more of a personal preference on how I like muffins. LOVE the sausage egg and cheese I had today on an English muffin though. 5-star from me all the way :)
Drive thru was packed so went in. In-store was not as busy, service was still alittle slow, but staff was friendly. None of the promo drinks were available, biggest reason I went so that was a let down.
I placed and order for a plain bagel with cream cheese and 12 donuts and I signature latte thur grub hub when I received the order it was completely wrong the bagel was a raisin bagel the. Latte had no whilpcream and the donuts were not the 1 I order will never. Order from this location again
Their frozen coffee is the best around. I have tried 3 others and their frozen coffees are uneven. Often the bad ones have chucks of ice.still l I'll the avocado toast. Some shops are better then others

I come here pretty often. I love the ladies that work here, and my order is usually as expected. My drink comes out a little different each time depending on who makes it which only bothers me because of my OCD lol but doesn't stop me from coming multiple times a week!
A Quick am drive through for my favorite cup of coffee and a warm toasted bagel. Friendly and quick service.
I pulled into the drive-thru at 6:50am on a Sunday morning. The truck was being unloaded, so I am not going to overdo the negativity on the review. I ordered an egg sandwich and a small hot coffee. When I got to the window, they handed me my sandwich immediately. At 7:05am, I still hadn't gotten my coffee. The young woman at the window asked me if I ordered and iced coffee, to which, I responded "No." She STILL came to the window with an iced coffee and asked me again "Did you order an iced coffee?" To which I said "No, I didn't." She asked me to repeat my order. At this point the order was paid for, I could have said to her that I ordered an Extra Large and she probably would have gotten it for me. I said "Small hot coffee". She went and retrieved it, gave it to me and said "I'll be right back with your sandwich." She closed the window. I reached out of my car, knocked on the window to tell her that she already gave it to me, and she ignored me. When she came back I said "Look, you already gave it to me." She thanked me and I drove away. I am not mad at her for being distracted, but there were no less than three employees on at that point. A customer shouldn't have to repeat his order four times in one transaction. If you paid attention to me the first time, you'd have had me out of there in less than five minutes. Instead, you had a lineup behind me. Dunkin is Dunkin. The food was passable, the coffee was decent. Please pay attention to what you're doing. It's the easiest way to keep your customers happy. I'll still come back. It's not the end of the world, but it was clearly enough to get me to write this long review.
Lady gave us a doughnut for waiting which l didn't think we waited that long,pleasant person fresh doughnut great coffee all in a very pleasant trip keep it up
