This place in hoosick St is so different than other dominos places. My order took about 2 hours to deliver and when it came the cheese was all concentrated in the middle leaving a big portion of the pizza with no cheese. Also if you call them, they will answer in a rude no educated way. Like I said so different than Rensselaer store.
The food is good. My order had been accepted and not delivered once so I try to go for pickup. Quality is great.
I'm so happy that I took a chance and ignored the reviews on here. My food came fast and was accurate! Thank you for making my "lady time" better !!!
First experience with them was excellent.But the second one took them 29min to make a single pizza for me.. a little bit disappointed.But i will definitely give them an other chance.
Waited an hour and 40 mins for our pizza to be delivered when I ended up going to get it myself. Was never reimbursed for the addition $11 for delivery charge and tip.Extremely disappointed for the inconvenience of calling to check on my pizzas status, picking up the pizza myself while on crutches, never reimbursed for the additional delivery charge and tip, offered an insincere apology, and no complimentary items or discounts for the entire inconvenience.Please don’t waste your time and energy by ordering from this store. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this upset me so much I couldn’t let it go.
5/18/22 night shift worker tried to charge us double the menu price because he was the only one working. Poor service
general manager is a joke. Throws the title around acting like she's important, hunny you manage the worst domino's I've been to and that's saying something. "banned" me from the store for returning food they messed up and said it was my fault its wrong and they weigh everything. not sure what weight has to do with anything. The guy shift manager is actually a nice guy but the rest of the staff is a joke
current staff is extremely friendly.
Pizza was supposed to be light sauce and it was soaked with sauce. I couldn't even pick a slice up.
Ordered over an hour and half ago. No one is answering phones now and can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel order.
