Love their Joe's special banging bites and corn fritter bites. Staff is always polite. Service is great!!
Bangin bites were delicious. They had heard my order wrong and gave me the wrong food but were quick to fix it! Very good honey BBQ sauce.
Change delivery policy but is not stated on the website according to the workers it been a while since they change it seems like a poor mangement issue and I hope it be resolved. We really enjoy there food.
I love chicken Joe's. Although prices are a little high they have the best wings and nuggets!!! <3 worth it
Good food, but no masks being worn in the kitchen despite spiking COVID-19 cases in the county. I’ll be skipping it until things are safer, but it makes me wonder—if they’re lax about masks, what other health and safety protocols are not being followed?
I only stopped for a Gift Card, but the place smelled amazing. Can't wait to try it. Alot of people I know rave about it

I have tried ordering here multiple times before 11(which is when they APPARENTLY close) and beforehand I called at 6 pm to make sure they would be open, which they said they would been. I called at 10:15 when I got off work and they said they were only accepting walk ins so I showed up and got in at 10:28. To which they then told me they are only doing fried foods because the grill closed at 10:30. No one told us this when we called and asked. They laughed at us when we asked why no body told us this on the phone. It’s the wore service I have ever received from any business. It’s not hard to tell someone that after 10:30 you only serve fried when they tell you it’ll be between 10-10:30. If I knew that I wouldn’t have wasted my time, gas and patience or I would’ve made plans to order earlier before I got off work. Not only that but when I was sitting outside trying to find another option a lady walked in at 10:45 to which they said something about us laughing and the other customers turned around to look at us. As if we weren’t still there. They are some of the most rude and hateful people I have had to deal with since moving to NY in May. I’d be ashamed to have them as my staff and I’m disgusted with the management for allowing this to be the behavior to be allowed in the workplace.
Please stop refrying the chicken. FAR from the higher quality chicken Joe's in Albany. Don't bother
High quality chicken. Very well-managed restaurant. Employees have been consistently good over the years. Food is consistently good. Comes out fast, too. I order a bunch of food and it comes out in like ten minutes. I waited longer than 10 minutes at McDonald's the other day.Definitely the best chicken spot in the area. One of the best in the capital district.My favorite sauce is hot honey.They do really well with customizations if you want things extra crispy extra saucy and extra bacon like I do.The one negative I have is I think pretty much every one of their dishes could use more sauce. But maybe that's just me tho. Or maybe at least allow one extra sauce per dish for free.Also, they have a cash discount of 4%. That's better than most rewards cards for dining and it helps the business out as well. I highly recommend this place. Haven't been to the one in Albany but the Troy location is fire. This is one of my favorite spots!
