Unfortunately all of these types of stores are short staff so if you go be prepared to wait for your food.

They gave me no receipt, the completely wrong sandwich and forgot the chips for my meal and I was the only person in the line at noon. The cashier never even acknowledged me! So rude! Terrible lunch. Don’t even bother.
I usually have good experiences at this Tim's, but I suspect I was slipped a laxative at the drive-thru late at night as I had suspicious symptoms directly after finishing my food. Not a happy camper today.
Nothing particularly fancy as it is just your standard Tim Hortons. Bathroom could use some cleaning, though.
This Tim Hortons at Sheridan and Parkhurst is the brightest, shiniest newest and most cheerful Tim Hortons I've been in yet! I love all Tim Hortons restaurants, but this one is my absolute favorite! ?? Next to Walgreen's.
Ordered using the app. Two large decaf coffees with one vanilla shot each. It tasted like boiled water, no coffee flavor at all and no vanilla shots either.My theory is that when the order comes through and they don't have any decaf made, they just put a little regular coffee in the cup for color and fill it the rest of the way with hot water instead of making a pot of decaf. I used the app thinking it would give them sufficient advance notice that decaf was the order but it didn't make any difference. Just awful.This is not the first time and not just this location. I'll just make decaf at home from now on. I'm tired of throwing money away. It's a shame really because Tim Hortons does have a good product but the way it's prepared and served is trash.
Contrary to the long drive thru line of cars that makes it to the street, parking and going inside to order saves a lot of time. The really friendly staff inside took my order and I had my order in less than 5 mins. If beat waiting in the drive thru, which would have made me late to my next destination. Definitely will be visiting this location again.
