Apparently it’s against the law to serve food after 9 PM. Worst Tim Hortons ever, it’s 9:05 I want birthday cake tim bits; my birthday was ruined!
Another one my favorite hortons family right down the road from Erie and Niagara falls Blvd they are located at creekside and NF Blvd you can grab a coffee, tea, snack enjoy the park with your pets or nice stroll on the bike path there down along the canal. Nice spacious layout and the hortons family here is just as friendly. Enjoy
Breakfast sandwiches are always stale and taste like complete junk. Two stars. The staff; five stars. Always say good morning and I can always get a smile. Five stars.
inept employees. don't even try to blame covid. 6 employees no line in store and they didn't even acknowledge I was standing there. then to top it off the coffee was terrible. a shame Tim hortons was my goto place not anymore
TH locations are very consistent. I'm actually surprised by the number of them on Niagara Falls Blvd. Donuts are a 7 out of 10 in size and quality. It's a chain so think of it as a McDonald's cheese burger. It's going to be the same at all locations. Coffee, not to my liking but I hear wonderful compliments from others. I don't care for fast food coffee or Starbucks pricing either. TH locations are always busy and they are a big part of the community. I appreciate them but if I had a choice I would look for something less like a chain and more like a small business.

I just picked up a Turkey BLT. IT HAD A PIECE OF TURKEY. ONE PIECE AND TWO PIECES OF BACON. DISGUSTING
I lately every time I order a wrap it falls apart or the insides fall out when I try to eat it. They used to make them great, but the last few months the construction of their sandwiches has gotten worse. The picture is of today's wrap. At least this one is falling apart on the top. The last one I got was open on the bottom and I didn't know it until it started dripping out the bottom of the sleeve as I was eating it.
The beverages are good but the food is terrible... The egg bites have been burned every time I've ordered them so far. The egg sandwiches have been mushy and under cooked to the point of sometimes slimey!!! Also don't order tea with honey through the drive through... They give you your tea and the honey in packets on the side... Do they expect you to put the honey in it while driving?!! Not to mention the lady at the window sounds like we're burdening or annoying her for placing an order... Not cool!
