Good service, bad asfalt you need a 4x4 to go through the Pot holes in parking lot and Drive-through
I realize the situation places like this are in is not good. Trying to staff up has been a challenge I'm sure. The pandemic has taken alot out of us and disrupted much of our lives so of the waits a bit long. Just keep that in mind.
Shouldn’t have to ask for napkins and when you do its not right to receive attitude:( it ok will go somewhere else next time….

Went through the drive through today and the staff was incredibly rude, I go to this location alot and it seems like in the last month the customer service has just gone downhill.... snatching money from me while paying and basically huffing puffing and sighing while handing me my order doesn't exactly make me wanna come back anymore.
Of all the tim hortons I've gone to this is one of the worse. The management has no idea how to manage an irate customer other than saying oh well

Fast service. Friendly staff. Freshly made food. I got their turkey bacon on chapati bread. Delicious! What's not to like!!?
