Bought 2 coffees ordered salted Carmel and received Toffee Nut. The second coffee was supposed to be a cafe mocha which tasted like they forgot the coffee. By the time we realized the errors we were away from the store and not worth another 15 min wait in line. Both ended up in the garbage. Mc Donald’s coffee is much better and a whole lot cheaper.

What else can I say. I cant get an iced Americano like this anywhere else!
My husband and I have been to this location separately and both had similar experiences - fairly unpleasant service in the cafe. It’s not that the baristas were blatantly rude, just cold and gave us the feeling we were inconveniencing them by being there. The drinks we ordered were fine, but feeling unwelcome definitely doesn’t make us want to go back.
Would be great if they had the signs up the day before they were gonna be closed. Not everyone has a car. Walking 15 mins and having yall be closed is really annoying. Or the drive thru only. Everything else is closed or the drive thru closed no mobile order you have to go in an order.
32min waiting in the store for 2 strawberry refreshers. Complete madness 0 organization people standing everywhere it was nonsense.If you can't keep it together when it's that busy then get more staff or shut the place down you're going to cause a fight in that store. Get it together!
Always a pleasure to have great conversations with all my favorite baristas! I've never had to come back because it was wrong, it's always as I ordered. They are accommodating with a friendly family atmosphere. I love using the app too!
Very disorganized. I walked into a long line and there was no communication to the people walking in... I placed a mobile order and they were ten min behind my order time. Made me late for work. The woman just started handing out starbs cards to people and didnt offer me one after she put out orders ahead of mine and asked to check in other customers but not me.
The staff is great but they can’t keep anything I like to order in stock (almond croissant, cold brew most often) and out of stock items are available to order on the app which is frustrating. I get there and have already paid and they want to replace with something I do not want every time. It’s a waste of my time and money. I’ll stick with my old location
The employees are always so kind. Service is great! Definitely recommend!
