I really wanted to like this place. It sounded so good. We went in and ordered. I ordered my burger well done. The cashier said it would be out in 15-20 minutes. 47 minutes later, they brought out our food. My burger was rare, very pink. So I sent it back. They did apologize, and offer a free dessert. But when they brought my burger back out, it was still too pink. At that point we threw the burger in the garbage and left. I don't know if this is typical, or only one bad experience, but I will not be going back. I wish I had taken a picture of the inside of the burger.
When you’re hungry and craving something filling and you just want to enjoy an amazing meal in a comfortable atmosphere, this is the perfect place!Extremely friendly, thorough and attentive staff that asks how everything is, amazing food, and really good on price, you can’t go wrong here.The 1/2 lb rainbow burger was so perfectly cooked with just a little pink as I had requested and the fries were crispy but so soft on the inside (we got regular instead of seasoned). I was afraid of taking a big bite and everything falling out but obviously a lot of care was put into this. Every bite was like the first bite hitting that craving spot.I’ll definitely be coming back!
First time trying this gem last night. A+. Great food and customer service. The burger and tater tots were amazing. The owner stepped out of the kitchen to make sure all was well with us and all of his customers. Definitely trying the French Onion Burger on my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone.
Visited Rockburger for the first time but not the last time. The food was excellent…. One of the best burgers I’ve EVER had. I chose the Niagara Stuffed burger and I want to drive all the way back…. An hour and a half… and order another one. As a side I had Tater Tots with Cajun Ranch spice…. YUM-MEE!!!!! A simple, delicious meal.
First time here today and I was super happy with everything. Our food came out hot & delicious. The place itself is so nice and clean inside. Great customer service. We will be back again.
I want to give them a good review, but every time I order online there are always issues. (I’ve ordered at least 5 times). The most recent time they forgot one of my sides. I called and was told that they probably had it there somewhere and I could come get it if I wanted, but they made it seem like I was asking for too much. I wasn’t very happy with the staff.Burger was decent so 2/5 for now, I will try them again and hopefully they figure out the online ordering.
I randomly came across this place on Google Maps while looking for a place to eat for date night with my girlfriend. I'm not normally a burger joint kind of person, but I thought, hey why not?I've been to this plaza before so I was quite familiar with the unfortunate setup of the parking lot, but that's not in their control and I can't fault them for it.We got the menus and were quickly taken aback at how many different varieties of burgers they create.I settled on the Dorito Dream Boatwhile my girlfriend ordered the Tater Tot Rock. We decided to split an order of fries seasoned with ranch.When the food arrived to our table, I was impressed by how well put together the burgers were. In my experience, most places that offer specialized burgers typically have poor plating. That was not the case here. These burgers were perfectly plated and neatly stacked to create an incredible sight.We cut our burgers in half to reveal perfectly cooked centers and a vast array of ingredients that looked perfectly arranged.I took my first bite, and it was absolutely incredible! Throughout the entire meal, I barely had to use a single napkin. I say that because I've never had a burger built this tall without making a mess in my hands until this one. I'm not sure how they managed to do it, but they crafted a beautiful and delicious burger that doesn't fall apart while you eat it.Hands down the absolute BEST burger I've had in years! We're definitely going to be coming back here in the future.
Wonderful food and terrific staff! Grateful that a group of 8 could do a bday dinner here. Thank you to the staff that not only treated us so kindly, but was able accommodate all of the random requests!!
We tried Buffalo Mac Daddy and French onion 2.0 mini burgers and both of them were amazing! They are absolutely different from other regular burgers. They look small but they are packed with flavors (and calories)! Highly recommended!
After passing by many times, my husband and I decided to try Rock Burger for the first time today. The staff was extremely friendly and told us all about their specials. We shared a Doritos Explosion burger and a Cheesecake burger. Both were amazing!!! If you're looking for exotic and delicious burgers, this is the place for you. They also offered different toppings for the sides. We got Cajun tater tots and ranch fries. The staff also added a free sample of their chicken wing dip for us too, which was a yummy surprise. We will definitely be back soon!
