We ordered from plaza for years and had nothing but great things to say but the last few times we have ordered from there have but below par and the last time my family ordered from there waited almost 2 hrs for are food called to inquire about the delivery and they stated we never answered the door.sad part of all of this review is I was on the porch the whole time and no one showed up...

Pizza is the greasiest of any I ever had. Used to make best sausage subs though until "bad help is better than NO help". Sausage was burned crisp and they decided to serve it to the customer anyway! Guess what? I NOTICED! As if they care.... It will be LONG time to be back.Did you ever consider hiring a cook who can see AND cook. Bunch of goofs in there. Can't talk on phone either. Business answer...."hello"!! Omg
Pizza was super undercooked, dough was super soft and cheese fell right off the pizza. If you’re looking for cheap pizza this is the place. I’d rather have a frozen pizza than eat theirs again. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Just wish they took credit cards and didn’t take so long. But the pizza is really good.
We have not been back to WNY in a while and we had a major pizza craving. The reviews for Plaza Pizzeria were really good, so we went with a simple cheese pizza. The reviews we on the money! Such a great pizza! The sauce was flavorful, perfect amount of cheese, and the crust was baked to perfection. Oh how we wish we could get this pizza in Alabama!! Great job! Thanks Plaza Pizzeria! We will be back or next trip to WNY! Go Bills!
