I lived downstate for 15 years and the pizza at this place definitely can go toe to toe with anything down there. Has a downstate style menu with things like stromboli, penne alla vodka and garlic knotts. Definitely recommend if you like thin crust, foldable downstate style pizza. You will be disappointed if you prefer Buffalo style pizza with thicker crust, loads of cheese and cup and char pepperoni. However this place is a must try if you like thin crust NYC pizza.
I ordered on March 11th and the food was horrible there was a mini pool of greese on top of my pizza the wing were to be extra crispy and they were soft with no sauce and the garlic knots didn't even taste of garlic and were stiff, dry and no real flavor and ever since I ate there I feel sick. I will be contacting the health department about this as I am feeling more sick the next day after eating last night warning to all don't eat here my wife went in to return and the were all laughing and smiling when returning it
Just ordered some food from here tonight. Everything was very good and prices are reasonable! Highly recommend!
I'm not the first to condone NY style pizza but this place should be recognized. F yeah!!
Ordered take-out twice. First time I would have given them a 5☆ rating, 2nd time only a 2-3☆ at best. Obvious different cook. Not consistent, which is a giant no-no, but due to 1st visit being extra delicious and fact I like Pagliacci-style pizza, I'll give them one more try, but won't order 2 large pizzas, only one, just in case!
I ordered an 18in cheese and pepperoni pizza and 20 wings. The pizza was okay I guess but I felt like there was too much sauce for a thin crust NY style pizza and made the center pretty soggy. The bbq wings also had a fishy smell to them in which I assume because it was Friday and fish fry's were being cooked that the wings were probably cooked in the same oil. (I hope that was the case and not spoiled wings)The point I'm trying to make is this was the 1st time I ordered from Olisis and it was definitely not a good experience. I sent a complaint almost 3 weeks ago and never got a response. 1 and done!!!!
They out did NYC Pizza restaurants in producing a great product.

Best thin New York style pizza in Buffalo. Our favorite pizza is bacon and green olive pizza. They have many slices available everyday. Amazing specialty pizza and great cheese and pepperoni. Sides need a little work but you will fill up on pizza.
